I miss so much not being on for a few days. Lovely to catch up with all the pleasures though.

Hugs to all who need them and get well wishes to those under the weather.

4 - Stayed over as too far to travel so nice little beach side hotel.
5 - Delicious food at the hotel.
6 - Walk on the beach in the morning.
    7 - Family time.
8 - Passing beautiful churches and a wonderful steam train on the drive back.
9 - Saved an extra £165 last month.
10 - Friend being back at work so catching up with all her news.

Any one heard from Ampersand today after her fall yesterday?? Hope you're ok?

So today has been a busy day full of good news

    1. DD3 got the school of her choice in secondary school allocations
    2. Got a good progress review for DS - this is a massive deal as he had a very bad start to the year after a pretty rubbish year last year too - things definitely seem to be improving!
    3. There was Robin on the path outside at work this morning - he was very cheeky and just stood there watching me watching him!!!
    4. Lots of green shoots and spring flowers popping up (even if it was snowing this morning!)
    5. Reverend mother took us for out for tea to celebrate 1 and 2!!!
    6. NSD - first so far this month!

Hello from Melbourne, a pleasant enough day weather wise, not too hot.

So some pleasures from last couple of days:

Been into new work a couple of times. We open tomorrow. Changes ahead , hoping they're good ones.

Popped into old boss house last night as she had a bag of clothes for DD2... She's a designer label kind of woman, so DD is delighted! I got some new to me jewellery too...just a pity I'm not a size 6 ( like ever!)

    I have a 15 year old baby! DD2's birthday.

We went out for birthday breakfast , I had a plain scone and butter.

Went for a soft drink and chips with main colleague after being in at work....we'd a good old moan! I've been very careful to keep my mouth shut about what was going on before but don't need to now!

Anyone need an envelope ? New boss gave me 200 yesterday , they came in with a stationery order he'd made! Thank you!

Chocolate cake made for DD just need to make a ganache to cover it.

Do have a lovely Tuesday :)

    2. Reasonable day at work and answered a query for a collegue in a way she understood.

    3. Had the new minibus today in both directions - the suspension is much better than the other two.

    4. Pastry already made for the quiche.

    5. House feeling warm.
