    My five for yesterday are

    1. Chat with neighbour.

    2. DS2 helping in garden.

    3. Weeding - helped to take out frustation from problems at work.

    4. Tasty curry for tea.

    5. Washing dried on line.
  • Supersaver I love fish fingers for tea. They are so naughty really.

    So

    1. This is developing into a habit for me now and I'm starting to take note of things during day to include. Gratitude works

    2. Beautiful Thunder and Lightening storm at 5 am that I sat up and watched.

    3. Watched Sleeping Beauty (the very old version) with DD last night. Fabulous

    4. Freeeeee ice cream at work yesterday because of sunshine. I had a Magnumm

    5. Had a glass of Prosecco and a bag of Cheese and Onion Tayto by myself on couch last night. so major treat.

Am sorting out lots of horrible money stuff at moment and it's good to learn gratitude again.

Happy Friday to you all. I won't be back until Monday

Late #5 for yesterday (although, strictly speaking, it was today): the HUGE thunder storm which blew in not long after I'd gone to bed - I couldn't resist getting up again, putting on my glasses and watching the light show when I should really have been trying to sleep!

    And for today:

    1) Working with a colleague I had never met before, only to discover that we already knew each other - we chat every morning in the car park, but didn't know who the other one was! :rotfl:

    2) Found another competition to post on the comps board - I enjoy posting comps almost as much as I enjoy entering them. :D

    3) Joined the 'team challenge' on Swagbucks - c'mon Panthers! :j

    4) Watching Isis watching seagulls - from inside, as she doesn't seem overly inclined to risk the great outdoors again at present!

    5) Cheeky cold cider while typing this - my sister's favourite brand which was on SO, so I can sip it and think of her.
Back after a very long break!

Hugs DD, can't advise on the best course of action, but thinking and praying for the right outcome re: house/xoh/divorce. Remember, home is where you are, not the bricks and mortar. I had to remind my DD of that when we were going through our toughness, and again recently she reminded me of it when our flat purchase fell through. Home is whatever situation we are happy in xx

    1. Sunshine!

    2. Another fab supply teaching day at my placement school - sports day :)

    3. Last night's storm - amazing to watch through a skylight and lovely to have DD's company as the noise woke her up.

    4. DD's school disco tonight - and I wasn't helping :) so I went to the nearest pub garden for a shandy and a good read of my book :)

    5. FB chats with one of my oldest chums.

    6. Lovely parents today coming up and saying how they wished there could be an extra classroom built at the school! I am so happy that I have got to know these teachers, parents and children and that I have had the opportunity to keep on seeing them by doing this little bit of supply - fun and getting paid for it!! :)

    7. Found out that my class in September will be named after a gemstone, so not ladybirds as we were hoping (I lurve ladybirds)

    8. Bought mummykins a fabcookery book and the first recipetried fromthere is a success :)

    1. Spent day in garden - moved some roses and other plants.

    2. Laughed over a text from my sister.

    3. DS2 going to post office for me.

    4. Arriving home seconds before

    5. The rain started - I had been driving and watching the sky become darker and lightening lighting up the sky.

4 As I was outs, on Thursday night, you many had noticed that I was zzzzz yesterday. Now I was outs in Cardiff, as BoPsie had tickets, free (total MSE) to an exhibition of Richard Wilson paintings. It was very good. And as BoPsie is very too much good for her BoP, I was allowed a wobbleade or too many. Hence, zzzz.

    Oh, the exhibition, http://www.museumwales.ac.uk/whatson/?event_id=7232
There, that is a day outs for yous lot sorted!

3 Wobbleades were had too many, including a Bombardier and a Hen. Nice!

2 Last nite I just snoggled up to BoPsie. The other nite, BoPsie was complaining about having to turn on a sixpence in bed. Now I counted out, the studs on the head bored and lo and behold, she had same space as her BoP. So, last nite she did not complain. Maybe I should had done it far earlier

1 When it is always the others fault, we cannot agree.

    zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Step aside and use your lugs, instead of gob, then the opposite we will see.

Yesterday was a bit of a non-starter.It was really too hot to go out.Well,I should have gone out in the morning...:o

So that means that I didn't go swimming yesterday either. And that's the one thing that is so refreshing-silly me.

So,what can I find to share?

-all the ironing is done.Washing still to put away.

-did some prelimniary sorting out of budget, and it looks do-able.

-made an apple compote was some very sorry-looking apples.

-I plan to make a Fochabers gingerbread today, one of my favourite cakes.

-today will be another nsd.In fact,I've also achieved 5-in-a-row (today included).

    Happy Saturday all!
