Peeps head round corner sheepishly and waves ......
Life has been pretty hectic for a few weeks coupled with raging menopausal hormones have not made it easy to post but have been trying to keep up reading all your lovely pleasures.

    So back on the bandwagon

VJsmum - Happy Happy Birthday, sure you are 21 really with 29 years experience
    MHagster - Safe journey
Ampersand - No new IR shoes but did give the red scotty dog ones an outing on Friday.

Pleasures for the last couple of days,
    1. All presents wrapped apart from FIL which OH was supposed to get but I will sort out on Saturday
    2. Lovely Christmas outings with friends and no hangovers but lots of laughter and chats
    3. Invite to inlaws for Christmas day, just as well as we were going anyway :D
    4. DD earning some money though not as much as planned as college changed their mind on placement days so now has to go into school placement rather than working but she has some shifts next week at least. Plus has a suprise donation from my DM which she doesn't know about yet.
    5. Looking forward to finishing work on Friday until 6th January :j
    6. OH's boss being a bully but realising he cant get away with it when I pulled his contract apart, watch this space as awaiting final feedback that all resolved
    7. Parents sounding quite bright as saw my oldest niece at the weekend, she lives in Switzerland so was a suprise to see her.

Hugs all around and thank you for all your good wishes

Some do not deserve more than a classified entry, paid for, and at that, it should not be published. On days like this, one is glad that I am selective about the TV I download and Classic FM. Not since I left the MoS in the shop in late August 97. Private Eye awaits. And in the land where the milk bottle tops were collected, is still in uproar this festive week.

    Oh, Appy Birthdays to youngsters.

5 Gosh, DD, that was dire last night. I have done some events, bit last night was a on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and I could go on and on and on and on.

4 Strange thing though. It was a tad cold and it took a while for Ms BoPsie to warm up. Think I may has to gets her some honey, lemon and a touch of whisky for a toddy. Note, again, no sour grape juice or brandy will be used,

3 had the porage, with jam this morning. And fed the cat. Raffles is currently on Tues and Fri sleeping on the bed. He seems to be in a routine now. Last night, came back to fin him on the sofa, in the cushion craves.

2 gether with Ms BoP this evening. Maybe Scrabble!

1 I am a day wiser, more than a day older!

This morning I tried to put some anti-flea drops on to Isis. Note "tried to" not "did" - I think we'll have to work on that one! :o

    1) Long lie-in this morning - it was one of those mornings where I couldn't seem to wake up and, as I didn't need to go anywhere, I just stayed where I was.

    2) Felt surprisingly hungry when I eventually woke up (so much for yesterday's "I won't need to eat again for ages" :o), so I had a couple of rolls with smoked salmon.

    3) NSD and NPD.

    4) Did some work on my essay - only another couple of hundred words to go now, plus the textual analysis, and then it's done. :j

    5) A purr from Isis just now - I think she's finally forgiven me for the flea-drop fiasco.

Tealady - it's always nice when a wanderer returns. :D

VJsmum - happy birthday! In case you don't have enough virtual cake already - smiley-greet003.gif
