Morning One and All
Must have been nothings yesterday, completely forgots what I had half witted about. So you will just have to make up your own mind. No I was not on the wobbleade either.
5 Just think there are too many sheeple today. Too many shrinks. Interesting case in anotehr loss, where countless numbers of people all had an opinion on the loss of a girl. what where they doing, lining there pockets from her misery. I know, I am on a high horse, but minds me of fastering etc. Kid comes in, will not eat anything, including banker food. Cor blimey, gis him once over, If you do not put on weight, yuo cannot go to your new family. House and home food demolished and farmed off to new home. Sorry, but abrupt there, SWs treat them as cash commodities and points, not as individuaks!!!
Me, days later get a call, kid not eating in new home (BU GG ER). Did I do anything to upset him? Told SW of above, she nips in with scales and new house, notes he had!!! put on weight and left. Me, from otehr social working, got interviewed for upsetting the boy etc, should not do that. !!!!!! The kid did not eat anything till I said it in the first place. How would you feel! Now we have a good one today about disorders of money extraction, non diseases. Got one at work who has been off with STRESS because he incorrectly though he had to do my job while I am off on a phsed return etc. Stupid clod, he may as well go as his cards have already been written. me, they just move the interesting bits till I am in, get them sorted out and go. Boy it is knackering. he has just about every shrink telling him what is wrong (they are making money out of him!!)
Cor blimey
4 call about Early Retirment today soon. Again, I put this into google, the all seeing all tracking search device, and even there money sucker want to take there cut as well.
3 Still cannot remember what I though yesterday. Oh it was safe night
2 Thursday, Ham Egg and Chips, with baked beans and aglass of wobbleade to wash it down
1 I know what it was, get up early, now, get up early, the nights are drawing in.I hvae nt snept th lst fw mntes writg ths post fr yu t cme alng hre nd agre wth m!

evening from a very wet & windy Melbourne. It is absolutely lashing with rain.
Lets see if I can gather a few more pleasures than yesterday:
1.Got my hair cut and my hairdresser had returned to the salon! When I went last time she had left! However, seems the grass isn't always greener and she's back! Suits me!
2.Another maddish day at work, my manager ,who is off sick, popped in to say hello. Was nice to see him.
3.OH has been given stronger medication for pain so hopefully things will be a bit easier for him. My heart breaks for him.
4.Making lentil soup for tea, smells divine!
5.Bought 3 big books for me and a nice photo frame for DD2 at charity shop next to hairdressers.
So a cosy night in for us, Masterchef on in 5 minutes and a big bowl of soup! Have a good day x0 -
3.OH has been given stronger medication for pain so hopefully things will be a bit easier for him. My heart breaks for him.
(((((((((((((((((((((((Mhagster)))))))))))))))))))))))
I wish you both comfort and strength with every fibre of my being.
Re. the shoes for the more generous foot. DD is 34 in August (how did that happen?!) and has been a size 10 since she was 16.
Things are a lot better on the shoe front than they were 18 years ago, but not helped by Evans now not doing size 10s.
Why should the size 10s be SO much more expensive? My daughter has found that she can get away with a size 9 in sandals and these are more readily available now (even discount chains like Shoe Zone do them). Also unisex styles like Crocs are readily available in 10s and Crocs do also make some ladies' styles available in 10s.
My daughter has used her (and my) award winning local cobbler (he is absolutely fantastic) to keep her favourite shoes going. Both of us have spent more on repairs than the shoes originally cost, but it's great that we still have them.
Being a 16-18 dress size myself I have been happily boycotting Evans since I discovered the X Catalogue shops had hidden gems.
Sad for most of you that they are only in the N E and Cumbria but if anyone doesn't know about them do investigate.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -

Aw Chicken I hope you are feeling loads better, and on your week off as well.
DD. Congratulations on your graduation.:j
Hugs to any poorlies out there, and anyone who needs them.
The item I listed on Ebay I put on as a bid or buy it now on as I haven’t had luck selling it on a forum just timewasters, sold within 24hours on the buy it now. I am so chuffed it looks like the car is going to a good home fingers crossed anyway, feel a bit sad actually, strange how attached you can get to a car.:(
Twice the pleasures today..
1.Managed to get a few 10p tea cakes and bread bargains, and a 50p big chicken, prob went a bit over the top with bread but I will use it for work sandwiches and brekkie. Err I also picked up 1kg of carrots for 10p, 4corn on the cobs 10p, 4 slices of big pork and stuffing slices 10p and err 4 chocolate doughnuts for 10p, well err no excuses. :rotfl:
2.Really proud of DH clearing out things from the garage come shed, for the boot fair.
3.We have 9 boxes of books, 2 bags of my clothes and numerous shed crates to take to the boot fair at the weekend, it’s a pleasure to have de-cluttered, but quite frankly it’s also a bit dis-heartening.
4. Signed and sent back my contract, it’s all in place to start on Monday a pleasure to be able to earn a little again for a bit.
5, Put some more things on ebay, a time consuming pastime, and also a mesmerising thing to watch who bids.:o
6, 2 loads of washing done and dried
7. Having gone though my clothes for the boot fair, I discovered some work clothes as well I had forgotten about as out of sight.:)
8. Popped over to Costco for 3 things that were on a little offer and came away with just the 3 things :Tbut wow it was hard to stick to, but only they had been budgeted for, it included passport photos done there as I need a pass to buy a weekly rail ticket and they want one for my temp work pass, a lot cheaper via Costco then one of the booths but the photo’s just as bad.:rotfl:
9. Reading everyone’s pleasures.
10. Tidying and cleaning up a bit as the place is looking a bit too lived in.:o:o0 -
