    Hugs Chickenopolis xx

Hello everyone, I've been trying to read over the past few days but unable to post due to being on my mobile, lots of pleasures though :)

    1. 3, yup 3 NSDs!!!

    2. Decanted many bottles of home made plum hooch whilst up at my parents, who needs wine when you have hooch! Its very scrummy and will be good presents for that event at the end of the year ;)

    3. Daddikins asked for a canvas print of a beautiful photo of DD for that event, and today's Groupon is a print! Hoorah! Huge reduction for a great present and he's bound to forget by then.....

    4. Had a lovely time with our friends for a couple of days, fun times in the park, silly games etc etc :)

    5. Lots of scrummy texts from OH, and a nice one from his mummy too this evening. Really starting to miss him like mad now *sigh*

    6. Great mpg in the car, ok so I'm driving soooo slowly and carefully but that's not a bad thing is it!

    7. Listened to fabulously funny "Just a Minute" on the drive back home this evening :)

    8. Currently watching the comedy proms on iplayer, very good :)

    9. Helped my friend do some much needed decluttering......managed to prise a small box off stuff off her to take to the charity shop...

Well... Sunday and Monday were largely MrB based (with motorway driving practise thrown in!)

So I'll try 5 for today before I head back over there. :-)

    1) Got some free green beans and a courgette from my dad's garden. (He gave them to me, sounds like I stole them!)

    2) Picked some blackberries.

    3) Bottled last year's blackberry wine. I made a right pig's ear with the syphoning though, so it's all unappetisingly cloudy. I don't like wine so MrB is going to assess it for me.

    4) Had a left over bit of steak for my lunch, in a sandwich with some tomato.

    5) Have made a tray of brownies.

Boys back tomorrow so all will be back to normal.

Thank you all for your kind words and hugs yesterday. I got a bit emotional reading them!!

    Frith - ooooh.You sound very happy -can't think why:D

Kittikins-did your friend like the AF food parcel???

    5 for today

    1. Went out with OH to a well known pizza restaurant with £25 of vouchers redeemed from Mr. T. As the bill came to £31 used my loose change savings - which I have collected over the year . We have some saved for a day at the races and have vouchers to use for free admission - again Mr. T's :)

    2. Grocery shopping came to a reasonable amount- should last us for a couple of weeks.

    3. Took library books back so I have made a start reading the book OH got me called "driving over lemons"- which is about a couple living in the mountains in Spain.

    4. As out for most of the day my Mum kept an eye on the hens- they were so pleased to see me when I got home and tried to jump on our kitchen "stable door". Its sad but true that they all congregate
around the back gate when my car pulls in to the drive when I come home from work!!

    5. Looking forward to "the boy in the striped pyjamas " tonight- no I haven't got lucky ...It's a film:rotfl:

Have a good evening all x
:AToo fat to be Felicity Kendal , but aim for a bit more of the good life :A

    Chicken - ((((HUGS)))) sorry I'm a bit late :o

    1) Chat with mum on phone last night
    2) I've got at least 8.5 days holiday to take at the end of my notice period. I may have more as I've bought 5 more.....just need to find out how many I've actually paid for :D
    3) Once to above is sorted I'm going to arrange to go and see my mum for a few days :D
    4) Knowing I have even less days to work for them ;)
    5) Friends birthday present arrived. Just need to post.
    6) Texts from Mr B
    7) Gardener has started on the patio
    8) Very nice white wine spritzer from the M&S meal deal
    9) Luckily being able to get into the dentists this afternoon - broke a crown off on a chocolate caramel :o - unfortunately it's going to cost me but I'll be having the new one fitted next Wednesday
    10) No pain and no injections required for the above

Hope you all had a good day. Hugs to those that need them
