Hope this doesn't sound too saucy, cos it's not meant to - but another pleasure was being on my own at the hotel with OH
- being able to have a lie-in this morning after our completely non-alcoholic but rather late night; to get up and go down to breakfast under our own steam and not have to do any cooking or tidying up!!

Evening
Pleasures for today;
1. 8 mile walk this morning, DD cycled with me so free exercise for us both.
2. Last of the reduced croissants when got home
3. Getting DD the new jeans she needed at half price in Mr.T
4. Yummy chilli for dinner followed by the last of the chocolate fudge cake
5. Enjoying a glass of wine tonight.
6. Finished decorating my bra for the sunwalk next sunday. Sewing so isn't my strong point so even though its not fantastic is very good by my standards
Hugs to all who need them0 -
Just a quickie as it's been a long day..
1. Got a refund for the curtains. Bought two (reduced) fleece throws for the sofas as the cats always creep onto them overnight
2. Bought a window squeegee for £1, to wipe the tiles with after my shower
3. Good lunch meeting with friends, one was celebrating her birthday and brought a large jar of Quality Street to share
4. Watched Bertie and Elizabeth while doing the ironing, lovely to see a factual film (I never tire of their story), with no blood and gore
5. Dinner of chicken thigh, hg potatoes, hg roasted garlic, broad beans. Yummy
Sweet dreams

Just popping in to say... :j:j Got the interview for the OZ job!!!:j:jMan plans and God laughs...Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.0 -
