i ordered the knives before reading the reviews. hadnt received knives for about 2 week. started a paypal case. they (jean patrique) said their system had not received the order!!!!.. but i had proof via paypal. they said they would resend order but would take another 13 days or so.. i said no way.. and they had to refund via paypal.. hooray..
although i would have liked a good set of knives... this company is not worth it considering the pain it has caused many

As an ex chef I can say I've never heard of these knives and the catering equipment supplier I get kitchen stuff from, has never stocked them. If it sounds too good to be true, it often is.

For those who've had probs suggest contacting Trading Standards office nearest the company.
