I ordered these as it was a offer of free knives but when you go through the purchase pages , it tells you that to stop fraudulant purchases you pay £9.99 and it will be refunded when you complete the order . Beware the £9.99 refund is a discount on a next order NOT YOUR MONEY BACK as you are led to believe, Have cancelled the order straight away just waiting for the refund. If it is too good to be true it usually is , i dont normally fall for these scams but i did this time BEWARE !!!! Does anyone know their e mail address all you can do is ring or write?

I ordered these a week ago (before researching, stupid me) but didnt receive the refund email. So i called, using the alternative number given by saynoto0870 and got told that i would have to email - pleased i didnt pay 10p a minute for that call!! So i emailed and they obviously hadnt even read my email and gave me instructions for what to do about a parcel that hasnt been received

So i resend the first email about the missing email and I get told to "visit the REBATE, not refund, website...rebate@jean-patrique.co.uk

So we are now onto a third email politely requesting that they send me the correct web address not an email address.....

Soooo regretting ever having clicked on that offer now. So much for free knives! So far i have spent £9.99 and had nothing but hassle back!!

Sorry to be thick but it wont be 10p a minute if you use the 01795 number will it? You still get the message saying its 10p a minute even if you use that number you see

I purchased a set of knives from them recently. A bit miffed about the 9.99 for P&P. There were a lot of pages to work through trying to sell extra stuff. At the end there was a message saying 'due to high demand deliver will be ... If you want priority order then add ....' Anyway decide to wait and see what happened. Knives arrived a few days ago and I like them, very sharp and like the colours. I just wanted something a little funky for a change. Knew these wouldn't be 'top of the range' but for £16 I'm happy with them. They do need to be hand washed but they warn you about that on the info which comes with them.

I ordered a pepper mill for £10 plus £5 delivery, and there was a free gift of an electric can opener.
I received the pepper mill only. It didn't work properly and the quality seemed dodgy, so I sent it back with a Post Office Horizon proof of delivery. Its been over a month and several emails later, they claim not to have received it, so I am out of pocket by £20 now.
They sell your email address and contact numbers as well without consent, so don't deal with this company of ill repute.
