I have ordered these knives. The set i ordered arrived and were fine. I now keep getting emails advising they sent out duplicate orders and my card has been charged again and the knives have not arrived. . Have tried emailing them & they advise to return them for a full refund.. but there are no knives to return so no refund..

Please do not order from this company

If they do arrive I would look up your rights on unsolicited goods maybe here and in the meantime phone the manager on 01795 412001 and inform them of your legal right to have your money returned

Money back only applies to cost of the item £1.99 - not the £9.99 postage charge. Would cost more than the £1.99 refund to post them back!!

Beware of ordering from this company. They pass your mailing details on to third parties and it's then virtually impossible to get off the junk mail list. I made sure I ticked the boxes for my details to not be passed on but now I'm receiving junk mail from third parties at work because of Jean Patrique knives.

The knives are poor too - frequently need resharpening. A cheap knife from Tesco has stayed sharper for much longer without resharpening. Their postage charges are excessive too.

Definitely avoid them.

Oh grief. I have bought these knives, and they are extremely light and unbalanced. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Awful. And now I've found this thread (which I should have looked up before, of course!) and find that they are spamming and scamming.

Jean Patrique - be very ashamed of yourselves.

It is a scam .they sell the knives etc. for £1.99 and overcharge on postage.they refund the £1.99 but keep the £6 gross margin on post.They may even use this device to avoid tax liability.try to phone and collect from HQ-you will be cut off.MY PC blocks this page(WOT).I dont think they should be promoted in this fashion
