Delivered two paper rounds today before lunch then went shopping (£27.20) and met my mate who I bought the car from and settled this month's payment of £250. Also stuck a tenner on the gas card as well.
Tonight, the boys and I went to the cinema in Bath to watch the football. Free entry and a great atmosphere too with a solo vuvuzela player in there...:D . Spent £2.99 on a Filmfeast each for them (drink, popcorn, small packet of sweets and an activity book).
Not sure we'll be doing too much tomorrow...:cool:0 -
As predicted, didn't do too much today. Stayed in our jarmies till dinnertime then after lunch, went around the park for a big game of Crossbar Challenge for two hours.
Had tea and watched football, a very quiet day.
More of the same tomorrow with a bit of luck. We will have almost ten months of non-stop football starting next weekend so this is the last chance for a lazy one.
Needless to say, no spend day today as well except for paying the Virgin bill this morning (£67.27).0 -

Hey, did I change that in between your two posts?
It's going slowly but steadily after a quick start. Now lost 22lbs in 7/8 weeks now which I would have been happy with from the start but a little disappointing considering it was 16lbs in the first 4/5 weeks.
Twins mum noticed my weight loss last week and she's careful in dishing out compliments so it must be noticeable!0 -
Come on 22 lbs in seven weeks is fantastic, and weight loss at that rate means you have a much better chance of keeping it off.0

Goodness, is it a couple of days since I updated it?
Brief summary.
Sunday - stayed in apart from a couple of hours around the rec with the boys. Took them home at 5pm then went to the pub quiz where we came second and won eight drinks vouchers. Cost me just a pound as we still had £22 from when we won last month. Put £22 of petrol in and did a £3.95 mini shop.
Monday - delivered two paper rounds and in the evening, went down to my home town and had a meal with the programme team from the football club. The diet took a battering because it was the best Italian in town that we went to. All drinks were free so it was an NSD.
Today - been a sorting out day really. Ex-boss and landlord needed some help this morning moving some cars around the town. Haven't done a wonderful lot since except bought a small presentation book for my player factfile stuff (£3.99). Did a small mini-shop for £2.75.0 -
Forgot that I'd also bought a permanent marker yesterday for £1.99.
Today had the Betterware lady round and she's given me an area of around 1,800 houses to cover each six week period. Says it generates around £250 a week in sales which will mean around £50 a week extra for me. Looking to see if I can manage all the papers too as it may be too much, we'll see.
Took the boys football training this evening and ran around for an hour in an attempt to shed a few ounces ahead of next week's weigh-in...
Did a mini-shop in Asda for £9.79 today. Tomorrow I've got a freebie round of golf in the morning at 9.40am (would be rude to turn it down really) then back home and get the Betterware stuff ready for delivery.0 -
Had an enjoyable day today. Played my freebie round of golf this morning though I left my putter at home and had to borrow one from the greenkeeper...
Bought two drinks for £1.70 from Boots to drink on the course and had my first bar of chocolate for a while bought by my mate. Shot a 93 today which is my best score on that course...:T
Back home and sorted out the Betterware catalogues for delivery tomorrow. I'm behind with the papers too so tomorrow will be busy as I'm delivering 150 catalogues and 225 newspapers. One things for sure, the weight should drop off now as I'm going to be visiting upwards of a thousand houses a week. Still not 100% sure whether I can manage all of it... we'll see.0
