I can turn it off using Bluetooth, but more concerned about getting the thing turned back on with out having to move too much! :-)

Cheers, BrownToa - That too, but if youre planning on getting the USB tv adapter anyway, then might as well get it from ebuyer to combine postage.
I made the mistake of getting a USB2 card (for use with a Ext HD) off ebay 2 weeks ago, still hasnt arrived yet, so think I would get one off ebuyer at the same time as the tv thing (if i decide to get it).0 -
i bought the twinhan magic box not long ago (usb1,dvb,external aerial) its running on a standard tv aerial with booster (in the loft) and the signal on any channels other than bbc1/itv1 is awfull (ukhistory for example) i would suggest getting a massive aerial if running from the loft (which im going to do), somthing like this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Triax-Wideband-Very-High-Gain-Freeview-TV-Aerial_W0QQitemZ9730068983QQcategoryZ101365QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem0

Well that depends on how strong your signal is.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

Was planning on using the Tv stick in my classroom with work laptop. However wouldn't be allowed to change any hardware on it.
Thanks anyway. Many dollars can buy many peanuts!0 -
zaccy wrote:Ebuyer sell a KWorld USB Dongle, that has both an Analogue and digital tuner. So You should be able to get a signal in most places, both at home and abroad. There is also a S-video input so you could even connect up a satellite box if you can't find a terrestrial signal. It comes with a remote too, which I don't think this dongle does.
Turns a Laptop into a very useful and cost effective portable TV and PVR.
It costs £48.96p mind
