OK Black Knight are passing on cases from Loancheck onto their own panel of Solicitors. Mine has not been passed over. None from this Solicitor has yet..

At the moment they are only dealing with those Loancheck clients who have not been assigned to a Solicitor.
So are you saying that you have ones (other than Watson's one) that has not been passed on. Is the Watson's one progessing as I thought that one had a barrister asigned? Surely that one can get done and dusted?
  • I took it as she had a problem with him

I feel sorry for people who have been led up the garden path by these scum who say they will help get their ppi back, when you can do it yourself for free.

It's people on this forum we should be turning to and not these reclaim companies

i understand what you are saying but when there are vunreable people on here that seem to have hit a brick wall and you have someone telling you they take take away all of the hassle and time it takes to do a claim with no cost whatsoever to yourself you grab that help with both hands. hindsight is a wonderful thing and if nothing else this thread does then i hope it puts people off going to claims companies and instead encourages people to do it with the help of this forum.

No I have one assigned elsewhere which is at Barrister stage that they are taking on themselves. The other is with Watsons. It has not been assigned to Black Knight but others have Usually those that have not got onto Solicitors yet. Some I understand are still awaiting SAR information and have never been chased up.

Did they say how quickly they would let people know?
  • Has Petermb still not put in an appearance?

It's time he was forced to face all the clients he recruited to get ripped off & robbed.

    Hi Natalie

i'm with you on this one!!!!

i have received a pm from peter asking me to scan my paperwork so his solicitor can have a look at it as he may well be able to help. jumping out of the fire into the frying pan springs to mind!!!!

what i would like is for him to come on this thread and answer some of the questions/statements that have been made and for him to give his thoughts on that but somehow i can't see that happening.

If they're still awaiting SAR after all this time they should, IMHO, take their cases elsewhere or for PPI cliams do it by themselves via this site

You do not seem hopeful Thomas. We have been promised all along it would be between 6 and 9 months so will this lot say any different.

Sorry for the perceived pessimism - It was not intended.

I genuinely meant the "Good Luck" message
