Who are the administrators now loancheck have gone into administration.?

Have the administrators sold these on to Black Knight. What I find strange is that usually when a company goes into administration all creditors and debtors receive a letter from the administrators asking them to show their interest in the company?
Are you meaning that about the clients maxdp? Also don't they just have to advertise in the Gazette and then everyone get in touch who has an interest?

Also there are so many companies to do with Loancheck you would not know who to make you claim against perhaps!!

Why do you think this person should answer to you
I don't think it was to natalie6999 personal. It was just to try to help clients on here.

Have just rung Watsons about the Loancheck case i am handling for my business partner (pretending to be her) they are going to ring me back when they can trace my case. That sounds good. I asked her if Black Knight had taken over lots of their cases they said yes that was right. Will await their phonecall.

I took it as she had a problem with him

I feel sorry for people who have been led up the garden path by these scum who say they will help get their ppi back, when you can do it yourself for free.

It's people on this forum we should be turning to and not these reclaim companies

Just had a thought, if clients DID have a claim against the company and everyone on here was saying to them to hang on a bit and don't pull out with the solicitors, then would they have missed their time of putting a claim in and the company get wound up and nothing could be done!!!

Yes quite but they usually do a gathering exercise firstly then they can sort all the winding up figures up.

Did I read somewhere that a person called Whittaker was in charge of Loancheck I know Petermb was very withering about him (or I think it was Peter). He was getting a bit beyond himself as far as I am aware.

Anyway perhaps one of these others on here could answer that, or perhaps this man is now right out of the picture.

Probably opened up another company, answers on a postcard please if anybody could think of an appropriate name.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Am not sure exactly how it works think the adminsitrators go back through all records and bank account and publish in papers etc then contact them. There must be a cut off date will google it.

But petermb had a reclaim company, that is the thing. He recruited from this site and then the companies have gone bump. People are bound to be worried as data is still missing. I very much doubt than any of the people involved in Loancheck itself got ripped off!!!

People need to contact the administrators and make compaints.

In the document that THOMAS123 gave this morning and someone before has mentioned it too it says
    The ZarWorld Limited (ZWL) Group of companies incorporates;

    Severn Administration Limited (SAL)

    Konsul Limited (KL)

    Ascot Legal Services Limited (ALS)

LoanCheck Foundation Limited (Social Enterprise Scheme) (Short Listed for the
Social Enterprise of the Year Awards 2008) (LFL)

We have checked and confirm that ZWL owns all Intellectual Property Rights for the

LoanCheck model. (Hereafter referred to as LCK)
If you then go on companies house there is records as I can see for Zar World it went into SALOP CONSOLIDATION LIMITED on 23/06/09

It says in administration and then looking on the Gazette it says

    http://www.london-gazette.co.uk/issues/59175/notices/912115/type=notices;all=zar+world

Joint Administrators' Names and Address: Asher Miller and Henry Lan (IP Nos 9251 and 8188), both of David Rubin & Partners LLP, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE.

So maybe people would be better ringing them for information.
Hope that helps in your question of who the administrators are maxdp.
