I personally don't think anyone will lose out here only the clients "perhaps" or most clients, the workers will have got their money from this, the introducers will have got their money, the solicitors will have got their money, what about the investors into the scheme in the firstplace, I wonder if they did? The clients will no doubt be frightened off now by solicitors asking form detailed meetings and all will be laughing but I have a feeling someone here has lost out good style. Just don't know who besides the people that have put their claims in with them yet!! That is how it is sounding from posts on here from various individuals.
I would be amazed if the Investors got their money - it was they who put the various subsiduaries of Loancheck into Administration in the first place!0 -

BE AWARE !!!!!!!!
Actually I am not, but I cannot vouch for the others.
Are you saying that my posts, and those of several others here, are not credible?
Is the information that we have posted incorrect?
If so, can you clarify the position0 -
I notice Petermb has gone very quiet, isn't it time he answered why every business he gets involved with goes bum up?
He has been using this site to recruit clients, surely something must be done to stop anyone else getting ripped off.0 -

So who "owns" the loancheck data base. Is it Black Knight, severn administration or your loancheck. With all these people on here who all have inside knowledge why are we still confused and getting different information from different threads here.
Am I right in thinking that Solicitors are unable to access the database so they are getting agro from clients who are chasing them up.
Are you saying Thomas123 that people should just wait and they will be passed onto Solicitors who will get their fingers out. Who is running that is that Severn Administration or Black Knight?:mad:0 -

It was answered here but you have no idea if this is true but this was posted on here, if as thomas123 says about the fact that bill may not have been paid then I think whoever has every right to withhold it TBH. Most services are paid for and if the service stops being paid for then the service stops. That is what i was led to believe in life.

Black Knight Associates does not market to consumers and pass work to solicitors so therefore it is not classed as a Claims Management Company - it provides software to solicitors, accountants etc and loans to solicitors representing consumers to enable them to progress cases against lenders.
Now seems to me something has happened here with this arrangement.
Here is what was answered to your post about the link between Loancheck and Black KnightCheck out this links it puts loancheck and black knight together.

Your right but not for the obvious reason (see my earlier post)
Software houses often register domains in their own name until the client has paid them for the site, if you get my gist!!!!
And here by thomas123
Black Knight Associates are a software house based in Telford.
They provided software and website domains to Loancheck and entered into an administration agreement with Loancheck to try and help them overcome their huge backlog of work.
To satisfy this administration agreement they recruited some of the staff.
Allegedley they never got paid by Loancheck for this work and have subsequently closed Loancheck's sites down.
In the main they provide software to solicitors, accountants, expert witnesses and consumers.
They also provide disbursement funding to law firms to enable them to progress cases.
Seems a little more to this than meets the eye!!!! As regards what will be happening with the cases then I am sure someone will be along to post cause i bet whilst there is a dispute (intil resolved) perhaps nothing will be.
I just feel sorry for the actual "clients" from this site that have been promised this and that and as yet nothing has been delivered in way of a service.0 -

has anyone reported the fact to MSE that petermb has 'recruited' users from this site, convinced them to go with loancheck, probably got a referral fee but left them in a worse state financially then if he'd done nothing - surely he should be held to account for his actions - isn't he the one who has 'sold' these people to loancheck?
I would think that MSE actually know of this fact as he openly said who he was and then pm'd people openly too telling them he could help.
I think there were a few on here TBH Tiggrae who promoted Loancheck and not just Petermb so each should be held responsible too. We don't know the in's and outs for definate and we are only listening to things on here with as it seems, two sides to this saga, but I do think that Petermb should come along and actually post to people his side. It seems like a lot has gone on that has not been posted on here for all to see and maybe quite complex too.0
