Just been thinking and most of the ones that were recruited from here were actually the most vulnerable of all in that they probably could not have used FOS anyway as their brokers were unregulated at the time of their sales. This makes it much worse in fact as they could be seen as vultures as they saw how desperate they people were and pounced. VERY WRONG if they do not get some sort of compensation.

So who "owns" the loancheck data base. Is it Black Knight, severn administration or your loancheck. With all these people on here who all have inside knowledge why are we still confused and getting different information from different threads here.

Am I right in thinking that Solicitors are unable to access the database so they are getting agro from clients who are chasing them up.

Are you saying Thomas123 that people should just wait and they will be passed onto Solicitors who will get their fingers out. Who is running that is that Severn Administration or Black Knight?

Severn Administration is in Administration - it changed itsSalop Management Ltd on 24th June 2009, and then went into Administration on 7th August 2009 - this information is on Companies House website.

If clients have had their cases passed to Black Knight they should phone them to find out what is happening or they could just phone Loancheck.

Thomas why are only some being passed on to Black Knight.? Are these cases being risk assessed before being taken on. If Black Knight owned the web site/data base are they just picking off the cream?

you're so right, i was very vunreable for different reasons, i pm'd petermb to state what was going on and he said he would be talking to his new solicitor and would come back to me with his response, still no news from him. i also pm'd him to ask him to read all the posts on hear and would be interested in his thoughts, still no news from him.
i would be very interested in what he has got to say on all the different posts on this thread, he must have been on and read them all but obviously hasn't got anything to say which is strange as he always had plenty to say to peolple on here.

It is very confusing. I am going to trust my Solicitor at the moment. My Solicitor said that they have never heard of Black Knight and are going to progress this case without Loancheck. They are using thhe same method though. I think as I have said before this may be different cause it has gone to the barrister and been risk assessed that it is ok to go to court.

The one I am concerned about is Watsons that is way down in the pile I think. Will ring Black Night and Loancheck, I could try their Public Relations Dept. Tee Hee:rotfl:

Actually I am not, but I cannot vouch for the others.

Are you saying that my posts, and those of several others here, are not credible?

Is the information that we have posted incorrect?

If so, can you clarify the position

Why are you so fast to defend the postion of black knight, which is contrary to your earlier posts clearly a claims management company, as it is chasing or was chasing clients of mine for missing information and informed them it was now handling their cases.

In all honesty i would not touch an organisation that you have dealings with with a bargepole, you may lie as much as you like on here, but you know that i am correct when i say i know who you are and that you are mis-representing the true nature of black knight, i have had conversation with the staff at loancheck over what is happening to clients i refered to the free loancheck service, all of which i have never seen a referal fee for as they have never been funded apparantly, who tell me that black knight now own the cases?

So did black buy these cases? were they given them?

the answer is that they purchased them, for an amount i do not know, with the intention to run them from within black knight, does this not now make black knight a claims management company? should it not be regulated by the MOJ?

if the answer to my last is yes, then why has it traded and contacted clients for the past god knows how many months stating that it is now running, not assisting loancheck with the admin of these cases, without MOJ regualtion?

if you are not who i previously said then who are you and why do you know so much about and defend a company that you are not involved with?

Unless I am mistaken here, this thread is about clients who have been referred to solicitors by Loancheck who are either under threat of having to pay huge and unexpected fees or have not had their cases dealt with for over 2 years.

If you make the effort to look at loancheck.eu and download the documents you will see first hand the detailed information that I have reproduced on this site.

I would not defend either company but I would reiterate my comments earlier that the consumer complaints here are about people who have, over the last two years or more, gone to Loancheck either directly or via people such as Petermb of this forum, and apparently yourself from what you say.

What I will say is that if you did refer cases to Loancheck and you were not paid, and Loancheck sold these cases to Black Knight, why have Loancheck not pay you from the sale proceeeds?

Surely you must be chasing them for money as the fact that they have sold them nust be good news for you?

But surely if Loancheck are no more then these would be seen as assets (or liabilities some would say!!) of the firms wouldn't they? Could they actually have been sold? Wouldn't they have been part of the winding up? Has it now been wound up completely as it says "dissolved" on Companies House(although that is Loancheck Limited!!)

The only original Loancheck company still trading is The Loancheck Foundation (now yourloancheck.com limited) as shown below from Companies House

    YOURLOANCHECK.COM LTD
    20-22 UNITS RURAL ENTERPRISE CENTRE
    STAFFORD DRIVE
    SHREWSBURY
    SY1 3FE
    Company No. 06508350
    .

They were incorporated 19th February 2008 and mentioned in http://www.loancheck.eu/pdfs/FA%20Simms%20Independent%20Audit%20and%20Due%20Diligence%20Report%20into%20Loancheck%20Group.pdf

As for the assets (or liabilities ) being sold I think you make a very valid point
