The good thing about Fatcheese is that it's an estimated payment date... They will pay as soon as they receive the money so if they get the money next week, it'll be approved on your daughters account next week!

FC is very reliable that way :D

Your husband would not have to open his own Quidco account, yours will be fine and will work.
    Thanks BexTech!

Hi, I'd like to switch 2 BG accounts - both in my name at different addresses - currently on "Price Guarantee Dec 2009" to "SP Online Energy Saver 7" I have 2 questions regarding this.
    1) When could I go ahead and start making the change?
    2) Will I be able to claim the £110 twice as the accounts are at different addresses?
  • Hi all

I signed up with SP through Quidco last week for a dual fuel switch which tracked almost straight away for £110 with an estimated payment date of Jan 10.... I've just logged in to do something else and the CB has now been declined??? We've not even had any paperwork from them yet or any communication come to think of it.... has this happened to anybody else?

I applied to switch on Quidco site to SP for £100 on 2 nov and it was tracked on Quidco, but I'd not heard anythinbg from scot power. So called them today and they not received any request. Just wasted 5 week?

Will apply again now. Anyone else had similar problem?

  • If I go direct to SP site the best quote includes online saver 9, if I go to SP via quidco the best quote is discounted energy online -- this is £100 dearer than saver 9. Nice trick!!!! Give an incentive to switch and claw it back by not including the cheapest tariff.
main stream media is a propaganda machine for the establishment.

SP appear to have excluded that tariff from the Cashback offer, MSE is all about "consumer revenge" hence the suggestion dont get mad get even switch to a Scottish Power tariff with no exit penalties ( was named in O/P ;)) then once the Cashback is paid switch out for more Cashback 70/90.00, after that Cashback is paid switch back to Scottish Power again for more Cashback.
  • For anyone having trouble signing up to the SP Online Energy Saver 9 through Quidco all you have to do is go through the normal Quidco procedure, fill out your details to get a quote, then on the 'Your Best Deals' page which lists the available tariffs (except Energy Saver 9) paste this link:

    http://www.theenergypeople.com/applyToTariff.do?tariffId=234030

Then you should be able to sign up to the Energy Saver 9 :j !
