Hello, I’m Jeff Esposito, an employee in VistaPrint’s public relations group, and I saw your blog entry on our rewards program and wanted to reply. On behalf of VistaPrint I am sorry you feel you’ve had a negative experience with our rewards program. VistaPrint believes that the vast majority of our customers who sign up for the program really enjoy the benefits, but if you are not happy, please click here or copy this link into your browser window http://www.vistaprint.co.uk/vp/ns/customer_care/partnercancellation.aspx. After filling out the form, we’d be happy to process a full cancellation and refund.0

If you're an employee representing a company you need to contact the abuse team or MSE Andrea to get permission to post as such and for verification (forum rules)."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

I have yet to see a post from satisfied customers of Vistaprint, how they happily signed up to the company and have so far saved a fortune through them, thanking them even, all I seem to find on forums is how to get a refund from being "hoodwinked". (I await with baited breath for the influx of newbies with satisfactory stories):A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Well to be honest I didn't "save" any money with VP but I did get a load of free (P&P excluded) business cards which were fine for what I wanted at the time.
Not great quality but reasonable enough.0 -
Its Ironic I got an email today from VP telling me i had won 250 free business cards excluding P&P, I cant say I was tempted by the offer:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

I myself have been ripped off by Vistaprint. i only bought a set of business cards, and in the last two months my account has been debited by £40 by Clubprem.com + VPrewards. Both of which had no authorisation from me. I have now had to cancel my card and have reported the inident to my bank's fraud dept as unauthorised debits and possibly will be involving the polic if i dont get my money back. I wont be using Vistaprint anymore and wish to warn everone out there of the dangers of giving sensitive bank details out even if the company sound genuine.0

amorabrighton-keep this post updated-it might help others who find themselves in the same situation-forget the "Im allright jacks" -their posts are not in the spirit of the board.
I have used them for years and have never had a problem or been asked to sign up to anything - but would not say that I'm an 'I'm all right jack' as you NEVER know when something like this will happen to you, and I would really appreicate it if you are able to keep us updated amorabrighton... thanks for bringing it to our attention...LBM April 2013 - £29,000.00Vanquis CC's PAID - Debenhams SC PAID - A+L OD PAID - Asda CC £783.75Barclaycard CC £1400.78 - BoS CC PAID - Freemans Cat PAIDF/D Loan & CC £1458.96 - Santander Loan PAID - Mum Loan PAIDRBS OD PAID - F/D OD £1026.52Weekly Grocery Challenge - £95.00 budget / spend £-0 -
I've got caught by this.
Having finally managed to talk to someone onthe phone, it seems that clicking on £10 cash back voucher is the problem, as it takes you to another site, and it is the other site that is charging £9.95 per month twice!
Moral of the saga:- DO NOT click the £10 cash back voucher.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles
