    Hello ladies.

Just popping in on my lunch break at work, feel rude sitting on Dad's pc.

I got a letter yesterday to confirm I want counselling, sent it back but it probably won't start until Feb.

Back at doctors next week for a check up and more pills, been feeling really low again last few days, last 3 nights I have dreamt of ex and him having a new girlfriend and just got that something is wrong feeling :o

No news from him still, doubt there will be and I won't be making any attempts to contact him but I have stupidly been missing him a lot this week, god knows why after everything he had done recently but sadly I still love him, silly girl that I am

I still want to move out of town just through fear of bumping into him and any girlfriend he may have now or in the future, I haven't bumped into him once since we split, I avoid the pub that is his local but this is what worries me the most, seeing him unexpectdly (sp!!). :o.

I am terrified when I leave the house so I guess I do need the counselling!

I don't think I am normal, other people break up and don't seem to act the way I do, I think I give too much to people which is why I get so hurt and walked over.

Sorry having a bad day :o

I dont think youre giving yourself enough credit hon, youve had a horrible year, and after such a long relationship its gona take a lot of time to get over it.

Counselling sounds like a great idea, but in the meantime just try to remember that youre an amazing person with a fab life ahead of you, and even if you dont feel great today, you will soon.

I still dread bumping into my ex, even though its been over for almost a year and I consider myself to be over it, sometimes to the point that I avoid my local, as its his local too, which always really annoys me when I get in that mood cause I feel like I should be stronger, but realistically, I'm always going to have the odd poo day, and so will you.

My lack of sleep is interfering with my thought process and I cant remember what I was trying to say, but it was basically: youre a wonderful person, have faith in yourself!

    Hon,

You're much better than normal, you're fab. If he's got a new girlfriend then she's welcome to him and deep down you know that. Take care XXX

    Hi you lovelies :)

I am in a better mood today.

Souk08 I agree, I don't want him back cos the relationship wouldn't work now, I made all the effort (looking after money, feeding, cleaning, organising everything for him!) and got little back (no dates ever! no nice suprises!) but its just the thought of seeing him happy with someone else and wondering if shes the one who will turn him into the man I want him to be :o

I know I don't want to go back to what it was and hes never gonna change into the man I need these days so I know I need to keep strong.

No dreams of ex last night, did dream of the guy that I met a few weeks ago though, sadly he will not be mine ever but hey hes still cute LOL.
