Just popping on at my lunch break to say I am a bit better.

Not forgiven my mother for the outburst but I didn't see her for a couple days after and ex MIL text me a few times after to see I am ok so shes ok with me too thank god, shes been more of a Mum to me than mine ever was so don't want her disliking me.

Checked my emails and I had one from him this morning sent last night, an email admitting he was wrong mainly (at last!!!) but things are civil on that front again.

I just want to move on now, hes still so messed up, telling me he has no clue what he wants but has stopped the fantasy game apparantly, we wouldn't work anyway whilst he is in this state and I know its best we don't speak etc.

I have to worry about me although I know I am not very good at that!

Think the tablets are starting to work and being with my Dad is helping I think to calm me, I am going to start councelling in the New Year too, think it could help on the recent issues and mother issues too and maybe help me learn I am important at the end of the day as much as I care for others.

Souk08 I am reading that book, I love it.

I am still staying away from the internet for a while, its been nice actually to not think but I will pop in and let you know how I am doing.
