    Thanks Souk08.

I am off work today using my last official day of holiday this year before Xmas.

In a grump cos all the laptops I want are out of stock though so might be a few weeks wait before I get one.

That's rubbish...but I'm sure it'll be well worth the wait when you do get it!

Hope you have a good day off, do you have any plans?

How good was Xfactor....I really couldn't decide who I wanted to win but I am so pleased for Joe, he had the best voice in the competition and thoroughly deserved to win!

Spotted another nice laptop, with cashback with be £623 though so not sure.....the MSE girl in me is arguing but it has a touch screen and is pretty :p

Posted on the techies board for some advise, I hate the mouse pads on Laptops which is why I have never had one though.

My PC is getting slow anyway, just worried might get a laptop and not like the mouse thingy.....

I need to get dressed and have a shower now, supposed to be going to see a friend in a while but moving is an effort....:o

Still no decision made on the laptop. Its quite a lot of money so might just go for a cheaper one, apparantly you can get mice for laptops that are smaller so might be an idea to invest in one of them.

Had a bit of a clear out today including packing away more of the stuff from the ex.... I hate finding stuff from him still a nd tbh there is not a lot but I can't bring myself to get rid of any of it. :o. In a few years or so it might be nice to look back so don't wanna chuck it out.

I wasn't feeling great as have pulled a muscle in my back about a week ago but it keeps having bad days and good days but it was agony today so didn't go to work.

Did ring Scottish Power and give them meter readings from my old house up to date and explained although I am the tenant no electric is being used and they are going to transfer the credit on my old account to the current one so don't owe them anything right now.

I cancelled all the DDs that I didn't want to keep paying fo the other week, TV licence is cancelled and am waiting on Anglian Water to contact me about why I cancelled the DD to them.

Transferred my sky account to my Dads house so they are coming here Thursday to install my sky plus box and he has cancelled his account with them as this was cheapest option, £30 to move it again though slightly annoying I paid out £60 in August to move it to that house

Changed addresses on Izzy and Spencers chips too so they can go have an explore in my Dad's garden soon, they love it here, much more room, comfy sofas and more cuddles from him too :)

Touch screen laptop?? Wow, I never thought of that .... my new lappy is lost in the mists of time. Have you put the electricity on a 'no standing charge' tariff? Glad to hear you sounding more upbeat, and that your furbabies are settling well. :A

Am at work today despite the snow just popping in on my lunch break.

Bit peeved cos ex emailed me Tuesday to say Hi.....

I don't get how he doesn't understand me saying leave me alone..... to be fair in my last email to him I said to him to email me in a month or so....he only managed two weeks.

I haven't replied, I am not sure I want too, well I know I don't want too, whats the point really? Not ever gonna be his mate.

If I do reply it won't be for a couple more days at least.

I know you will all tell me to block his email address but changing my phone number was really tough for me, its hard to completely cut him out of my life when I was with him for neraly 7 years :o

Otherwise lifes ok, Doctors want me to stay on the tablets for at least six months, still feeling low but god knows what I would be like without them.

    Hi LMM!

I normally lurk, but wanted to say 'Please don't email him back!'. You're sounding more positive about things and like you're doing a little better, don't invite him into your life again now so that he can mess with your head again. Get yourself strong and moving on with your life, then maybe you can try and be friends, but right now you need to put yourself first :)

    Take care
