I know you can forget all about the hurt, I even manage to talk to my first love now who pretty much did what Nick has done although I was stupidly still sleeping with him for about a year after but I still get angry when I think of that and maybe if it hadn't happened again to me I could have been friends eventually with Nick, no way now though.

At least I guess I have learnt some more lessons, last serious relationship I learnt don't ever sleep with an ex and although I did have one mishap with Nick after we split that was it and next time a relationship ends I will hopefully walk away completely for my own dignity.

sorry to hear it didn't quite go to plan.
You were planning your whole life with this guy for 5years or so of course its going to hurt thats why its so hard to break away but you have given him numerous chances now and as far as i have heard hes blown every one of them.
Its time for you to try and break all contact with him (like you are) and move on to whats waiting for you around the corner, it will be hard at times but we all know you can do it hun!!
