Morning all. I've just started having my milk and bread delivered, as I'm terrible for running out and then spending £30 or more at Mr T's on non-essential tat. But today's first delivery arrived and they've sent brown bread and not white. I'm the only one in our house that will eat brown:mad:
Not very impressed so far.
Off to the village in a minute to sort out a pumpkin. Have a good Saturday everyone. This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
Opps, I hope you can sort it out Pen...
Happy Halloween

Cheers Pap.
DS and I have made some stunning pumpkin lanterns, they look really good tonight. SIL has kindly offered to childcare for a few hours so that all the children can go out dressed up together. So its me and DH and a couple of mates that have been passing through with their LO's.
I know a lot of people hate halloween but its kind of cute in our village, with just the LO's and their parents trick or treating. Its quite a social thing for us. Having a lovely evening. Oh and apart from the pumpkins and a few packets of sweets it been a cheap one as well! This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
Aww Pen, thats lovely, I bet your pumkins are fabby :T I am not fond of halloween because in my area its always youths
However little ones dressed up is so cute and they are so happy with just a lollipop. Glad to see you had a fab evening even if it didnt cost a lot :j 0 -
When we'd had no knocks on the door by just after 6pm I battened down the hatches, pulled curtains and blinds, and prepared to ignore any knocks on the door as after that time it'll be the older kids rather than the little ones. I have no problem with the littlies but round here the older ones can get a bit bolshy. Needn't have bothered though as we've not had a single knock!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

To be honest, I'm a bit like that. Normally DH is working away and I have to deal with it so by about 7.30 I figure all the LO's are in bed and I just ignore the door. But we haven't had any older ones tonight - has restored my faith in it a bit. I guess we are lucky not living in a town. This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.

Nice quiet day, had some money refunded which I knocked straight off the card.
Also picked up the kittens. They are just sooo cute - I will try and put some pictures up in the week. This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
So, let me guess, about now, you're remembering just how sharp kitten claws are?!

I have a tiny white kitten with grey patches curled up asleep on my lap enjoying the heat from the laptop.
And yes, claws like needles! But they have both found the litter tray and the older two aren't really interested so I think things might go ok.This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.

A nice and quiet day here - everyone is too busy playing with the kittens!
Paid another £10 off the card. Have also been Christmas shopping. I know you guys keep telling me so, but it is much nicer shopping and paying for something there and then, rather than dumping it on a card to fret about later. Apart from the budgetted Christmas shopping it was a NSD.This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0
