Am really stressed atm, my son is applying for student finance and boy, is it a chore, they not only want to know the ins and outs of a cats a*se, they want to see evidence of it
Cant find my P60, gotta dig out my decree nisi (from the bloody 80's ) and need it done by yesterday.
On a positive note, the weather is still lovely here, rain was forecast but it hasn't appeared.. yet
Off to work soon so see you lovely peeps later
Well done to all those losing.0 -
Hafternoon gang
need to report being a bit norty today as i spilt my 2nd shake and was Hank Marvin by 11am, i had a small sandwich and then sat and ate a whole bag of nutshoney roasted cashews but they were lovely.
Never mind, i have a new jar to use for tomorrow so normal service will be resumed. Must say i love the convenience.
Tea later will be salad again as i made loads yesterday, i`m too lazy to chop it all by hand so used the shredding disc in the food processor. I`ve started shredding coriander into it too as its one of my new addictions, gives it a lovely fresh taste.
Just opened the fridge to find the strawberries and cream that we were meant to eat last night still in the dishes so will have those tonight.
Sweet - Love Newquayi like to walk down to the beach next to the Great Western hotel and acrosss the three beaches to the harbour in the morning with the dogs and then back through town and stop at the little cafe with the tables out back for a slap up brekkie on the way back
Love Crantock too, its nice to wander down to the village at night for a drink in the Albion or the Cornishman. Love polly joke beach too. We had that beach to ourselves most days that we went last year. Aw i want to go NOW! Think i shall see if the webcams are working to see what the weathers like down there
Sarah - sounds like you are doing really well and have a huge confidence boost, well done and long may it last.
Mazzers - Hope that you get the SF sorted!

Hopefully not a hysterectomy
They are almost always benign and shrink back at menopause,
but ablation was mentioned so that'll do for me
Hey Mazzers - I had a fibroid & an ablation about 10 years ago - no periods since. Absolutely blooming brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sorry if that's TMI folks.)0 -

thats great Sistercas - but as Eric does point out - it would probably be better to speak to your instructors
as much as i believe my advice is safe and effective i dont know your history or anything
its so good when ppl ''get'' the whole exercise thing and start feeling the benefits seeing results and enjoying itxxx

Daisy i will book a programme with the instructors next time i go
weighed myself this morning I have put 6lbs on in 6 days  how can that happen?
I have eaten more carbs than normal but i had no idea it would do that
i need to go back to basics but I am struggling to do that too
and i'm bunged up
just shoot me now0 -
cas that will possibly be because of your gym work - at the moment you will be building muscle quicker than your losing weight hence the slight gain - however as lean muscle burns more calories than untoned muscles it will soon start to even out and you should see a loss
now is when you need patience and persevere with it
it will come good - its at this point we see the highest drop out rate with members but stick with it !!! xxxxx:j MFi3 wannabee :j

Morning all, I managed to stick it out last night with my low carb diet, I had Chicken and veg for tea but I was still hungry afterwards and had to go to bed at 8.30pm to stop myself from eating crumpets that were sat on the work top winking at me.
Can anyone help with any ideas for some snacks that I can have in the evening when watching t.v?
I really don't want to fail but I can't keep going to bed at 8.30pm with a rumbling tummy0 -
Hi guys.
Not overly chatty at the mo' so not posting too much but didn't want you to think I was ignoring you all.
Spent yesterday getting some sports stuff, I realised I only had trainers and nothing else so had to go get suitable gym kit. Not the easiest task when you're bigger than a size 10-12 or 14-16! There were a few sports places in the city nearest to us but they obviously cater more for fitter/thinner people.
I ended up going round the 'normal' shops and got some stuff out of M&S eventually. The shops are full of really nice clothes just now, I swung between feeling really depressed that I wouldn't be wearing them and really determined that I would! :undecided By the time I got home, I wasn't sure how I felt anymore, lol.
Anyway, I'm trying again now. Yesterday was my first day back on icing so it's back to the usual 4 days of feeling crap until things kick in properly. I'm well equipped with loads of water and and my bottles of vits.
Thanks for all the exercise advice. I have been walking a fair bit lately so that's gotta help but I have no stamina and no muscle tone to speak of so I really need the gym I think. I'm sure if I felt happier with me, I'd feel happier with life too iyswim.
Daisy I wish you lived near me....don't fancy moving I suppose?
*waves to all, have a good one*Herman - MP for all!0
