    Hi peeps :D

i`m feeling positive for the first time in aaaaages today :j Day off today so that will be why.

I`ve been having a bit of a poke around in the freezer and have found quite a bit of stuff that i have shoved in at various times and forgotten about so i`ve got some bits out to defrost.

Just had a very late brekkie of sausagemeat patties and scramblies, feel a lot better for it too. Tea will be kippers that were also in the freezer.

Not sure what else i shall be eating - think i need to pop out later for some nibbles. As the day looks as if its low carb i shall see if i can stick to it for a while.

Glowgirl - Which shake did you choose? I`ve been looking at this one http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=2054&prodid=2293 any good peeps?

I have three more days off as i`ve booked some leave and then i change shifts again and will be on the easiest one to stick to an eating plan:j
Wish i could stay at home all the time but hey ho it ain`t gonna happen anytime soon!

Need a nap now - spent almost 5 hours in the garden and only managed just over the same for sleep last night, need to get my body clock sorted and then i shall be on the right track.

Off for a quick browse and then sleep, i`ll pop back later to see if there are any opinions on the shake.:D

    Sweet - Where are ya??

    SD
Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

Just got in from my nieces, was leaving to go at 5.15am so am off for a nap, was soo hungry on way home i had chips from the chippy :o

It has been a bit of a miserable day for me as i was tired, starving, totm, so bad stomach and my temp crown has popped off and cut all the inside of my cheek where it's rubbed :(

I'm worried about sweet too, i hope she's not under the patio, alias has spent some time under hers... twice :rotfl: well, we thought thats where she was and it's now a standing joke :D

Glowgirl, glad you like the shakes, they fill me up too and are great if you cant face breakfast.
They're probably all very much the same SD, if you find you like them, get a big tub as it's much cheaper.

    Hello:hello:

I have been doing ok, not eating anything too bad but have slowly started increasing portion sizes:mad: I am now having an afternoon slump because I had 2 rolls and now could just sit here and stuff my face until I fall asleep (but I won't:T)
I might try a shake for lunch for the next few weeks, any recommendations for a nice tasting one?(non dairy)
