Good God woman, you've even got me feeling sorry for you now. :D

Chin up pet, remember it could be worse...you're still not green, you have that to be thankful for. ;)

OH has just walked in from work. Face like fizz. Apparently he only got a hour's sleep last night. I woke him up by the hall light shining on him when I opened the bedroom door when I was going to bed around 11ish. I was only in bed 20mins when I decided to sleep elsewhere because of the aforementioned fumes :o:D so it's not like I then kept him awake.

He speaks to daughter ok, passes the time of day with the dog, but is clearly p*ssed off at me and he's now gone to bed.

So what did I just do? Ate half a packet of bloody biscuits!!!!! I give up.

It can be boring wandering around the shops especially if you've no money to buy things, but I really do find it helps get me over the first day/couple of days.

I love shopping but can now go and not buy something. If you have any local charity shops set yourself a task such as finding a specific book. If you don't find it nothing is lost as you can still get the chat with staff and get out with a purpose if you do find it it will only cost a small amount. Try finding cook books to fit in with your diet, a recently published novel and chances are you won't find it. Other way you can buy from shops that will take returns and take it back in a couple of days. Can't do this too often though.

Other thing you can do is do small amounts of your food shopping on a mid week trip.

I think the walk and meeting people are the real benefits of getting out the house esp if there is a bit of tension within it.

Weather for this week is supposed to be good so plan another hill climb. You might not get another dry week until next year.

I like to go for a wander round ikea or the range, sad i know but it inspires me to get some decorating done, i love it when i have a change of colour :)

I actually like spending time at home, my sons are great now they're older, we have quite a laugh actually (usually at my expense mind ) middle one just said 'mum, you dont need low carb or low fat, try low food' cheeky sod th_1sm067roll.gif

I like the charity shops too AH, especially if you go to a posh area ;)
