I hasten to add that until this last year or so, i've always had good self control with chocs and biscuits, maybe one bar of choc lunchtime and if ever i had biscuits, (custard creams usually) never more than two, i dont know what the hell has happened to me lately.

Oh you lucky thing, you gave me an idea, dont fancy cooking today anyway:D.

Carvery is probably one of the easiest, its back to damage limitation, have lots of meat and permitted veg, off the top of my head its cauliflower (with cheese), brocoli, courgettes, cant think what else thay would do, no pots, yorkshire puds, stuffing or gravey or cranberry suace etc and I think but I'm not sure you should avoid the parsnips, carrots and peas - enjoy your lunch:)
Thank you for this site Martin

just wanted to say thanks to whoever told us about the crackers in aldi (might have been Sarah )
bought some today and had 3 with peanut butter, they are fab just like eating normal food lol

    Twas me, glad you enjoyed.

The technique Paul McKenna and others use is called NLP (can't spell what it stands for) and basically seems to be about reprogramming how your brain works. Changing associations like sweet - tasty to sweet - don't like as it tastes like fish or anything else you don't like. Recently got a book on it and am trying to make sense of it. Once I get it sorted in my head I will pass on all my wisdom ha ha!
