I've heard about that mind thing with foods you are eating too much of, but the version I got told was that you get taught to imagine something like spiders crawling all over it so if someone offers you a slice of cake, immediatley you think of spiders crawling through it, in fact I am going to put this theory to the test I think.:D
Glowgirl excellent advice - wish I had read it earlier - I failed miserably - had a chinese although it was a quarter of a meal, but still had rice:eek:

That's really interesting and just shows what a strange beast the mind actually is.
At this precise moment, I cannot for the life of me think of what I dont like to eat.I know there are things, but can I come up with anything? Nope.
:rotfl:
Well for me it would be liver and brussel sprouts :rotfl::rotfl:
Actually in my Paul McKenna book he mentions a woman who swore she liked everything food wise........so he got her to imagine human hair etc inside the food instead <gags> _pale_I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Lol, nope. I've been calling it that for yonks.
On the lc thread people were regularly getting confused because all my posts talked about icing and they thought they were missing out on something sweet. :rotfl:
Talking about Sweet, where the hell is she? She seems to have disappeared.Sweet? You out there?:wave:Herman - MP for all!0 -

Hair in things doesn't really bother me too much if I'm honest. I just pick it out and carry on.I used to be one of those kids who sooked on their hair regularly so I suspect that's why it doesn't worry me.
I'm not fond of liver (but I'd still eat it) and I like sprouts.
I've been thinking about this since last night and I still can't think of anything I dislike enough to put me off eating.Herman - MP for all!0 -
