I recommend not having a chicken byriani (sp?) for tea.

Or if you do, make sure you have a spare room for you and the fumes. :o

I think it may have acted as a colonic though and given today a head start. :D

    Sorry if tmi. :o

Hello peeps. Hope we're all feeling tickety boo about whatever diet we're following. A new week, what what?

I'll stop pretending to be in the famous five now. I'm at home with a filthy cold and am generally lying around feeling sorry for myself, but, at my weigh in on Saturday I'd lost just over six pounds in a week. Whoo hoo! If I lose two more before my weigh in on Thurs that will be a stone in a month. Which is what they promised. Very exciting. MOther in law noticed the weight loss at the wekeend, which was great.

    Morning Peeps,

i`m feeling very positive - positively stuffing my face :D

Did better yesterday and didn`t go too overboard, i`m cutting portion sizes atm to get my tum used to less food.

Yesterday was my best day so far so fingers crossed for today.

I`m better off at home, when i`m in work i`m a non-stop eating machine.

I`ve yogurt and i`ve prepped some carrot sticks and garlic mayo for later.

Have a small tub of pasta salad for later and another small tub of sliced pork, leeks and cauli too. Hopefully that will see me through.

    Sarah - Well done :j

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

Maz, when I get like that and need help to get started again, I have to go out. Sounds daft but even if it's only window shopping, the fact that I am out away from the kitchen helps me break the habit of eating everything in sight. Of course you need to take care that your day's outing doesn't take you past MacDonalds, mind. ;)

It can be boring wandering around the shops especially if you've no money to buy things, but I really do find it helps get me over the first day/couple of days.

classic signs that something is bothering you and causing you to stress / comfort it

until you find and face this demon i think your going to continue to struggle

I agree with Eric, Mazzers. Sometimes you're just in that bad place, for whatever reason, and the idea of willpower is just alien. We've all been there. Hope you can get it sorted.
