I will remove the sob story later as its a bit personal so dont quote me folks ;)
    Just thought i'd [STRIKE]make excuses [/STRIKE] explain :D

Its not an excuse, these are serious problems which no doubt you are dealing with a very brave face but it certainly appears deep down they are troubling you

I know with me my horrific debt (under control thanks to this site) my chronic IBS (now managed with diet) and being bipolar (which exercise helps surprisingly enough) where all adding to my self destructive tendencies. Getting to grips with them was hard and took years but I seam to have finally done.

Being able to look at myself in the mirror and truly see me for what I am took a long time but eventually helped a lot.

    Aww, thanks.
I think should be on the couch with you one side and alias on the other sorting out my emotional stress :)

I agree that exercise helps (with most things) its just getting into the habit and not putting it off thats hard for me.

    Morning Peeps,

i`m feeling very positive - positively stuffing my face :D

Did better yesterday and didn`t go too overboard, i`m cutting portion sizes atm to get my tum used to less food.

Yesterday was my best day so far so fingers crossed for today.

I`m better off at home, when i`m in work i`m a non-stop eating machine.

    SD

I am the complete opposite, I am as good as gold at work when it comes to eating, but as soon as I am off work then the routine goes out the window and there is too much temptation:(

Only wrong if you actually drink it then :D

I'm good in work too usually, too busy to think about food, not lately though :(
At home i get bored, ( even tho theres loads to be done) i should go out more :)

Love a bit of alien probing, me.

I had breakfast in the garden with my five-year-old this morning (his idea) and it was lovely. Wish all days could start like that. Sadly the scales are not budging for me this week which is very dull, especially as I'm paying for the privilege. I think I had slightly too much limited veg at our barbecue on Sunday. Can't believe that would make me stall until Wednesday, but then what do I know. How's everyone else doing? Does the silence mean that you're all off being good, or bad?

Hi everyone:) I'm doing well this week 3lbs down so far but I still have another 7 to go and I'm finding it a slow hard slog:( I bought some protein shake and its made a huge difference :TI actually really like it and it fills me up so much I cant eat anything else for most of the day also been really busy with dd so I've been distracted which I think has helped,

mazzers, you make me laugh:Dand the shake idea is a great one, I got Soya shake from H&B for £6.99 for 454g roughly 23 scoops vanilla flavour, I haven't tried shakes before so went for a small size to see if I liked it which I really do:DHappy dieting everyone hope the sunshine is as lovely for you all as it is where I am:)
