So I mix this stuff with water and add things like fruit to it to flavour it? I take it it's just the vanilla one? Are the flavoured ones higher carbs?

Edit: You answered that q whilst I was trying to load the page, lol.

    Morning peeps

just - will be afternoon before i`ve finished typing this post though lol.

Not managed to have brekkie yet but it won`t be long, i have stuff all over the kitchen as i`ve just finished bottling 18 bottles of white wine :D

I`m in the process of filtering a demijohn of blackberry wine but as there are so many bits in it its going through at a slow drip so probably won`t be finished before i have to go to work.

Brekkie will eventually be bacon, scramblies, sausages and mushrooms.

Dinner is cubed pork with garlic mayo (i`m finding that this is another thing that i`m not tiring of)

Tea will be salami and cheese with chicken thighs and pepperami for nibbles.

I need to get some things out of the freezer to thaw ready to cook tomorrow, when i can move around in the kitchen properly i`ll do this, can`t forget or i`ll starve :D

Bit naughty again yesterday and i had an glass of wine again before bed but the good news is that i`ve stayed the same weight as yesterday :D
was a bit worried that the pound would be back but no sign of it.

Alias - I like the Maxitone shakes made with water but i`ve a full tub of the H&B body fortress one which i`ve hardly touched atm. Will go back to the maxitone one when i eventually get through this one. I`m lazy though and can`t be bothered to put nice things in to make them different :D

Back to the kitchen for a while, have a good Sunday peeps.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

mazzers good look with your new WOE

I am struggling so much with icing , carbs are creeping in everywhere, I had a small hm scone yesterday and today ive just made a cake but eaten half the cake mixture :o

now of course i am craving everything under the sun and as i'm on my own today there is no-one to stop me

Alias i am thinking about the shakes too , but couldnt be bothered to look back to see what peeps had said , the H+B ones are quite expensive as i remember , but i am so bored with eggs for breakfast a shake sounds like a nice change

Sunny blackberry wine sounds delish , might have to pop round when its ready :D its years since i made wine dont think ive got the stuff any more , my dsis makes a rice and raisen one and OMG it knocks your head off :rotfl:

picked my first courgettes and carrots today and put them in a beef casserole for tea, so much is ripening I have loads of blueberries and some strawberries now , more peas are showing themselves ooh and i picked my first spuds too :j

The H&B shakes were half price when I got them so absolute bargain, now it's the 'buy one & get one half price' offer on everything.

I make mine up with the lower-carb lactofree milk, I found making it with water didn't fill me up as much. A handful of frozen rasps blended in when you make it up gives a lovely thick, icecreamy shake, imo :D

I've only tried the H&B shake but I know Sunny found the maxitone one filled her up more. Also, Eric recommended a shake a while back, think it had 'purer' ingredients?? Can't remember what it was called though.

I decided to make mini 'pizzas' out of my crispbreads for lunch :D

A scraping of tomato puree on each crispbread, slices of mozzarella, chopped fresh tomato, chopped garlic sausage, grated cheddar, mixed 'erbs & black pepper - under the grill until the cheese melted - yum, it was lovely!! Would have been even nicer with a bit of red onion but I only have one left & I'm making a chilli tonight so needed it for that :o

Anyway, the crispbread softened a little bit but not enough to go bendy, iykwim?? You can still eat it with your hands, no knife & fork required (unless you're being posh). It made a nice change & it made me think of other possibilities like Welsh Rarebit (for mazzers ;)), cheese on toast (but made with crispbreads, obviously) with chopped fresh toms and/or chopped red onion & black pepper. Mmmmm, my mind is working overtime now!! :rotfl:

I used the GG crispbreads but I'm sure the Aldi crackers would work just as well.

Wonder how many grams of carb are in a seagull? This is sunbathing Bucky. I'm trying to ignore the fact he has sh*t all over my shed roof. But if he keeps doing it........... :D

Am not doing too badly, the carb craving has laid off and I'm managing fine with snacking on fruit and salad; the exercise must be helping as I've lost the 4lb I've put on (accoring to my mum's scales I've lost nearly half a stone so I'm doing a conservative estimate - but they ARE usually correct)

I do it all because I'm scared.
