alias/mazzers, I jumped on the scales again before my bath & if it makes you feel any better I'm 36.1% fat
On the plus side my weight had gone down to 1358 from what I was this morning - I can only put it down to being butt-naked & the fact I'd 'been' to the toilet, iykwim?!
:rotfl:
Sunny, well done on posting your weight & yaay on getting rid of that pesky lb!! :j
Definitely make the blackcurrant wine & then you can invite us all round when it's ready for testing!!
I've just had my brekkie, scrap what I said earlier, I forgot I had some pork steaks & egg mayo in the fridge that needed using up so that's what I've just had, nicely full now.
We've just bought Swingball today so I'm off for a game, should be fun!! See you later :wave:0 -
Morning peeps. Today I am being whisked away for my anniversary - off to a hotel spa for the night, dropped the kiddy off at his friend's for a sleepover.
*sings* sarah's getting preggers tonight...sarah's getting preggers tonight.....lah la la
Hope you have a fab time. :jsweetserendipity wrote: »alias/mazzers, I jumped on the scales again before my bath & if it makes you feel any better I'm 36.1% fat
Thank you but it would only make me feel better if you were 50% or 75% fat.I'd feel thin then. :rotfl:

You lot had better not be having a life! Where are you all?
I've been in the garden most of the day and I was knackered so went to bed around 10pm...then couldn't sleep cos I was hungry so got up again a wee while ago.
This is my first proper icing day and because I'd been so busy, I didn't have time/want to cook so have lived off cold meat all day. I've just had 3 crackers and cheese though, otherwise I'll be awake all night. Will need to cook properly tomorrow.
Well I clippered 2 small skin tags tonight. I figured I'd have a practice run on small ones before heading for the giant. They stung like Hell.
I'm gonna have to ice cube the biggy before I tackle it.
Just watching Girls Aloud on tv, I'd kill to have their legs.
Oh well, will take my rambling elsewhere since I'm pretty much talking to myself anyway. :rotfl:Herman - MP for all!0 -
Hey guys, I'm trying really hard at the mo to control my diet. I stood on the scales in Boots so I can keep the print out ~ 5'0 and 11.5 st. It's not good. I lost loads after I gave birth, was under 10 stone, but I've managed to eat my way back to lardsville.
I've basically cut out carbs (in the main), but I want, I want. I want pasta, spuds, toast and jam. You get the picture.
Must get it under control. How do you get past your cravings and what do you substitute the good things with?I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0 -
You have to go cold turkey. That's the only way to stop the cravings and get your hunger under control.
If you're still craving carby things then you're probably still eating too many. Once you get past the first few days (3 or 4 usually) then you'll find things are much easier.
I've just restarted today and aim to keep my carb intake to 20g per day for the first few weeks at least. I can honestly say I dont feel hunger once I'm in the swing of things. Do you know even roughly how many carbs you eat daily?Herman - MP for all!0 -

No, I'll giv e you a run down of what I had to eat today:
some crisps (shame), a nibble of a cake that DD gave me, chicken kebab BBQ'd with onions and peppers, a pork steak, beef curry ~ beef, onions, peppers, spices,
But feel peckish, it's the time of day I think, toastie jam or cheesey toast is so easy to do for a quick nibble.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
