Well looks like i`m screwed today:o
Just been trying to work out the cals in the pizza that i made for tea and its huuuuge!
Bet the lc cauli one would be a lot less - need to look at that methiks as that was lovely.
Ah well i`m learning and tomorrow is another day.
Mazzers I really like Fitday, thanks:D
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
I can do the multipack thing too, crisps are a favourite so thats why we rarely have them in the house
Right i`ve just been back on the calorie counting site and played around with the figures a bit. I had left the excersise part on the sedentary setting as i didn`t think that ambling along with the dogs and gardening would count but i changed it to the next setting of exercise 1-3 times per week and saw a huge change up to 1300 cals so i think that i shall allow myself 1200 per day and see how i go on for a bit. Tempted to start lcing again but i know that i`ll fail if i do it now so cal counting is my stop gap for a while to see how i get on. After all my dithering its nice to have made a decision.

PS Just eaten a prawn salad (bought one:o) so up to now 536 cals today. Need to find out how much the fruit in the yogurt was tho and add that.
PM me if you want to chat about menus and stuff - I've been on 1200 cals a day since August and am nearly 6 stone lighter0 -
Flipping heck, well done Alex! :THerman - MP for all!0

I know OMG!! 6 stone? that is amazing, I bet you have some fantastic menu ideas then don't you, well done.
Does anyone know if scotch eggs are low carb? I know they have breadcrumbs on but is it still low carb or do you have to make your own minus the breadcrumbs?0 -
I suspect they wouldn't be very low carb foxy. The sausage meat could contain anything, it wouldn't be just pure meat and the breadcrubs are a no-no.
I sometimes miss fish in breadcrumbs when I'm icing (low carbing, lol) but the carb count is just too high to allow it.Herman - MP for all!0 -
What about gluten free sausages? THey're pretty low-carb aren't they?** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

:mad:I'm having a bloody bad diet day:mad:
Whatever has gone wrong today is a lesson learned to help you succeed tomorrow:)
Don't write today off yet if you can stop yourself blowing it anymore you will feel a bit better (on my bad days i would think "s*d it" and eat everything in sight:o)0 -
:mad:I'm having a bloody bad diet day:mad:
No you're not. All you've done is eat something more than you originally wanted to. It's no big deal so don't make it one. Your body will average out over the course of a week and today's blimp wont matter.
Stop fretting, just accept you've done it and forget about it. It's not like you have a deadline of only so many days to lose weight. This is longer haul than that so don't worry about one tiny part of it.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Hey can I join?
I'm not hugely overweight but it is a problem in my family. I lost some weight last summer but didn't reach my target and since then I've basically put it all back on. Now my jeans are all really tight and uncomfortable. I keep making half-hearted attempts to cut down on sweet stuff etc but it's doing nothing and I always end up eating rubbish again.
I dread the word diet because my mum has been on one for her whole life and is still really overweight so I'm thinking of trying to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. However I have done this today and I'm waiting for my dinner to be ready and I'm starving, I feel like I will eat loads because I'm so hungry.
To make it harder we don't have scales in my house which makes me feel like I can't have any real measure of any weight loss which is a bit demotivating.
Any advice, help, words of encouragement greatly appreciated, thanks in advance,
