Sweet i'm a little confused by what you put in pale writing? It seems to be an awfully large number!

Oh, that made me blush
but I think I see what you mean - the first 2 numbers are stones
, the 3rd number is lbs
, and the last number is a fraction of a lb
Does that make sense?? It's just the way my digital scales show weight. Anyway, you're supposed to concentrate on the lbs lost, not the other bit!! :rotfl:
I've just had 4 piggies in blankets for my (extremely late) brekkie, and very nice they were too, made a nice change from my usual omelette
I did have a raspberry protein shake earlier on, but I just haven't felt hungry today, I'm just eating because I know I should be. Probably just have soup for 'lunch', whatever time that ends up being!! 0 -

Hi all I hope you can help
I am really struggling to lose weight. I am 28, 5'3" and weigh 10st 7lb. I want to get to around 9st. I am following slimming world eating plan and go to the gym 5 times a week. At the gym I do 30mins cardio on the treadmill (jogging for 23 mins the rest a fast walk) following by about 40 mins of free weights and ab work. However, I am not losing weight indeed this week I put on a lb and the previous 3 weeks i stayed the same. I really need some help as despite all my hard work at the gym it doesn't seem to be working.
Please help I am desparate.

Well, cant understand it, but it is prob because muscle is heavier than fat and you are building muscle.
Are you slimmer?0 -

Evening peeps
another late one from moi, i actually managed to log in earlier at work but when i tried to post the browser closed
i had thought that the login page had been blocked on the filter but other sites have been acting up as well so maybe just a problem with that pc.
Been good again today, only just finished tea of three chicken thighs, not really hungry and couldn`t be !!!!!d with anything else, big change from the non stop carb fest that was me again for so long
I was actually going to skip tea but i remembered from last time i was lcing that if i skip meals then i don`t lose, weird innit?
Breakfast was the usual bacon, sausage and scramblies and dinner was cheese and salami with a pepperami.
I went to the co-op earlier and picked up some more choccy and also managed to get two whoopsied packs of mixed fish. There is smoked haddock, salmon and cod in each so tomorrow i shall make up a couple of fish pies with a cauli topping
Sweet - Well done on your loss :j enjoy the vino!:D
Mazzers - How was the hammock?, i always picture the comedy show hammocks in my mind when anyone mentions one where peeps couldn`t get in and out of one without ending up on the floor
Karen - Welcome  I think that Mazzers is spot on and you will be building the muscle which is heavier than fat, been there and done that a while ago. I`m just a lazy so and so and although i was going to do some excersise this time around i`ve not
You will find that your body shape changes for the better.
I`m off to do a few bits and bobs before bed - early shift again tomorrow. I`m ready for a day off!
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon
