Did anyone establish if there is a way to view transactions online?0
-
I dont think they have an online function. Seems a bit backward in this day and age but not a big deal really...0

Applied yesterday for this card and was rejected. Shame! I'll be sticking to my Morgan Stanley card then.
Can't be bothered with the appeals process, as from what I have read on this thread it just isn't worth it!

me three.
i've tried it 3 times at asda petrol station, using 2 different "fast lane" pumps and all of the time all i get is "Sale cancelled - use at kiosk".
I've just used the card at the kiosk and it works fine there.
Whats up with this? I don't want to have to queue up at the kiosk everytime I want petrol. My other credit cards work fine at the fast lane although the ge card is the only mastercard i have (all the rest are visas)
can anyone help?????0 -

hi all im sorry if this has been posted before.
i just wanted to know if anyone has success with their appeal?0 -
I have not heard back from mine which I made on 6th June.
I have called customer services a few times and they have told me that there is no phone or email contact to the appeals department, it's snail mail only.
Someone else pushed it and insisted on an answer and it was "no" so there doesn't seem much point in doing that either.0
