Life skills for children
I feel that people with tallent (sports people, actors, presenters, writters) should give their time for free to teach school children. This i feel would give all children a chance to shine with a tallent that might go unnoticed, making it a better place to live.0 -

Over-stay penalties in car parks
The length of free car parking time and the subsequent over-stay penalty must be clearly stated in writing large enough to read from a distance and in a position drivers will be most likely to see.Nice to save.0 -
Supermarkets often charge more per kilo/litre for large packs than for small packs of the same product. The price per kilo/litre is often difficult to spot. Customers wrongly assume larger packs are better value.0

All suitable products (groceries etc, not spanners...) should include final price data per kilo/litre (or logical subdivisions), in type large enough to be read easily.0

My biggest monthly expense is Council Tax - which although retired and on a fixed income I have to pay in full because I was stupid enough to work all my life. In return for which I seem to get little but excuses for inaction, incompetence and shockingly poor services. Changes are badly needed:-
1) It's about time no householder was obliged to pay for services they don't use and never asked for - or for services shown clearly to be inadequate..
2) Heads of major local authority departments should have to stand for election, as they do in the USA.
3) Membership of organisations like Freemasonry should be banned or at least a matter of public record.0 -
Now that so much is done on line, both for purchases, banking, business and for leisure interests please can us country folk have faster broadband as a matter of urgency?0

I want a stop mobile phone companies, broadband, gyms etc, being able to keep you locked in 18 month-2 year contracts or a limit to the length of contracts to make it fairer on the consumer0

There should be a maximum time you can be on hold to a premium rate number before they have to refund the ENTIRE cost of the call.:A If saving money is wrong, I don't want to be right. William Shatner
