    Mrs cm/buyer:

    • Why did you pass the tracking number for the letter,to Paypal, when it should have been a tracking number for the parcel?
    • As a seller and buyer Im sure you knew very well what you were doing.

    • Return the track or pay the cash? - the most important questions still not being answered...so frustrating!!
you can see how annoyed I am by this thread by the size lol!!

If there's no result seller I would go down the small claims route.

If you're trying to thin out your son's train set before moving house, why buy more??

If you didn't ask for the money back, then phone paypal and tell them to put it back in chester's account.

If you DON'T want the train set, then sent it back in the same state you bought it.

And why send a recorded delivery letter to fake return postage?

Mrs CM, could you please help us sort this out by answering the simple questions as I posted the other day.

This will help clarify the situation, and until you answer these basic questions, you will not get much support, as your side of the story doesn't add up yet.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

We could always message her on ebay via one of her items and ask Her (if you have a throwaway account):D
  • You sent a dodgy tracking number which you used to rip off the seller.

    Broken plastic box....BIG deal.

You wont return money or item to seller.

You have ripped off a 5 yr old boy who wanted to sell his trains to buy lego...he now has neither.

That is disgusting!!! you have a child...how would you feel if someone did this to your child?

OP Im afraid I would be a 'grass' and report this person to the tax people for not declaring Ebay earnings.. Give them all details you have on her and laugh when they end up with a criminal record and have to pay it all back. How a mother can do this to someone elses 5yr old is revolting.

GIVE THE LITTLE BOY HIS TRAINS OR MONEY BACK.

It's good to hear she's (hopefully) doing the right thing.

Her inability to answer the simple questions was perhaps a sign that she knew she was in the wrong...
