Just looked back in and still not sorted.
    Chester don't give up not everyone's a Mrs C.

Saw a post stating -I've blocked both of you, as you are both in the wrong. Don't see how someone came to that conclusion or did I miss something, read again and still seems Chester's out of pocket and CM sent a letter instead of returned items.

    Good Luck Chester.

  • hi my son and myself were both ripped off with pay pal it seems buyer can do no wrong we were gold sellers a and i had proof of posting and tried everything pay pal dont want to know i was contacted by debt agency and ended up paying them as i didnt want bad credit and my son was sent back an item badly damaged by the buyer we will never use ebay again it stinks nannajack
  • Glad you got your money back OP but I stil lthink its horrible that the Ebay scammer/thief can keep your money and your item.

I might just buy something from her. Ill happily pay for her auction just to get her details and grass her up for fraud.

I cant stand theives and I cant stand fraudsters.

I still think it is a tad unfair that the buyer has the items and 'Paypal's' money. I hope Paypal chase her for it and successfully get it!
