CAFC Girl - I don't manage to catch up with your thread as much as I'd like but I always try to check in (especially as you have tales of my old home town). I just wanted to send a ((((hug)))) really.

Whenever I check in though you always seem to have been just let down by your boyfriend. I don't think that it's fair he treats you the way he does, especially as you always seem to be doing things for him that are so kind and thoughtful.

I think maybe he takes advantage of you and now, I'm going to sound like my mum here and I don't like it one bit, but try not to be too available to him. That is to say, don't jump when he says, don't drop all your plans just because he says he's coming to see you. Make yourself unavailable from time to time and he will soon realise just what a gem he has got.

I know how hard it is when you don't see much of him. I was in a long term relationship where I can see much of how I let myself be treated in you. Be strong, remember how special you actually are and how special he should be treating you.

We're always here for virtual hugs if you need us.

Thanks everyone for all that.

I never realised that the answer lay within a pie, I will now search for the pie of wisdowm

As for Molanoles comments, I realise how much of its true, and I dont think he does it on purpose, but the whole availability thing is because i simply dont do anything else lol. So itsa not like there are plans to drop, but I get all excited about seeing him, and he doesnt realise that!

He's moving back here this coming weekend so i dont know how thats going to stand for our relationship. I guess I'll find out in good time.
