I found that first one really really helpful actually.

I've been struggling after doc was reluctant to diagnose me with hyp', to work out my own diet etc, and hadn't found anything as helpful as that for...... well as long as I've been looking so thanks hun xx

Damn shame you Dr is sceptical (sp??), have you considered a second opinion, which under the NHS you are perfectly entitled to....
