Sorry, I've been absent this week getting ready for the weekend, wooohooo!

Looks like things are coming to a head with the fella. Good. Either way, you need to sort things out. If things go badly, we're all here for you and I will get you very very drunk at DPT in 2 weeks (whappah!). If things go well, we're all here for you and I will get you very very drunk at DPT in 2 weeks (bigger whappah!)

    Catch up soon xx

As for the bf, I think I'm seeing him later on tonight, I've actually written my list out! It has 25 qualities/traits which I want.
I even sat on the train and put a little mark by each one that I think he has....... its not looking good...........5/25 hmmmmmmm think for a conversation I think
Hi CAFGirl, I'm still lurking but haven't had any advice to post until now. You're doing really well on the debt management, I know you've had your bleak days but the fact that your aware of exactly where you are at is brilliant.

Anyway, re the bf. I was in a yuck relationship and I keep a daily journal (I always have). When I was trying to decide whether to cut and run or stay and see if things improved I went through the diary with two different colours of those page marker thingies. Green for good days and yellow for bad.

I counted them up and the bad days outnumbered the good 2:1. I also made sure I read all the bad days to strengthen my decision. I broke up with him. It was the best thing I did last year. Two weeks before Christmas too, and I had the best Christmas :rotfl:

Good grief - you're organised. But  I know what to buy that special someone in my life. A diary with all yellow pages....

Well Peahces, the thought of so many whappahs certainly brightened my day, unfortunately cant get very drunk as off the plonk! Dietary requirements and all that.

But if things go badly....... think of all that man flesh at DPT!
If things go well.......... I'll still be thinking of all that man flesh at DPT :)!

Bobble, I thought that was a great idea, and the 5/25 thing really did make me think over a few aspects on my list, not as in to take them off but that I really shouldn't comprimise myself. If thats what I want then by God I will get it, one way or another!

I have'nt really been on the ball with the money thing, altho when I went up North, I only spent £5, super chuffed with that one!
Haven't claimed back expenses yet but will do so when Im next back in.

Weekend off for me now, so going to have another conversation with the bf and treat myself to some xmas-ness now that its december!

Spent £25 today on some tea to make me feel better (got a really REALLY sore throat/cold episode) and a top up xmas present for my mum and dad, and got loads! Inclusing a book on 20,000 secrets of tea.....

Now thats what people call Obsessive Compulsive!

    Question for the day....
    Can you be compulsively obsessive?

Well gang I wish I had more to report but unfortunately not!

Got my last xmas present sorted out today so thats all done now, aside from the bf as we havent really decided what we're doing.

Also decided to give it a little time before we go through the lists, which was 100% my idea. I'm ill, have completely lost my voice and I'm so tired that now just isnt a good time to going through that kind of thing.
Think it was the best decision to make.....

Off to make myself some healthy dinner now, need lots of vitamins etc!!!

It was - if you're going to make life-altering decisions, you want to be feeling at your very best.

Mind you - couple of days "Oop North" and you're felled...

    No stamina. ;)

Don't be afraid to get some sleep if you need it too.
