ive only received 2 tickets for 17 june. i ordered 2 online and one extra a bitlater.

I used ticketmaster last year twice. Once the tickets turned up approx a week before the event but the other time they were despatched months ahead and I wondered on a safe place to keep them (thinking I'll lose these its so far off!)

ive just tried the helpline as i cant even see thew foo fighters listed on the help concole on their website.

ive received two of them but am awaiting one more. the order ref was 100 more digits than that of the ones received. should i wait?

there phoneline is a nightmare.

When I did get put into a queue, the recorded message said they couldn't help if the concert was more than 3 days away. SO for June 17 you'll probably just have to wait.

often they have exclusive rights to a concert so there is no choice

mum called, the third ticket arrived today! shes as relieved as i am as shes been waiting for the postman bless her as she has to sign for them (ordered them on her ccard so got them sent to the cardholders address)

Does anyone know an address I can write to Ticketmaster. I am having a long running battle via their e-mail system with some spotty moran who can't understand a simple request. I have had enough messing around with him and want to right a complaint to their top person or their complaints section at the very least.

I'm feeling like that too! I finally got a reply to my email thing, saying as the concert was over they couldn't help.

But I went and had a great time. I got Chad Kroeger's plectrum! And Jon Bon Jovi tried to touch me, but couldn't reach so just waved at me.

Just ordered some tickets this morning, and ticketmaster are charging me for the privilege of picking them up from the box office. Unfortunately they had the monopoly for the tickets I wanted. It's ridiculous.
