I reopened my ticket re the 1st June payment run and got this:

"There has been a delay in this months payments, this will be with you by the end of the week. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you"

Why dont they just tell the truth from the start
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Same problem as above, I too have not received my payment in June's run. Been fobbed off 3 times now saying it will there in a few days, yeah right, won't be holding my breath!

Wouldn't surprise me if they weren't in sone kind of financial difficulties!

Mmmm very interesting. I have just tried to log in and it also tells me my user name and password are invalid. It is the same username and password that I have had registered for years.

    Something fishy here me thinks.

I think the same, especially as the last payment took 3 weeks to go through.

I hope not though, I have got nearly 200 quid pending :(

I have just clicked the forgot password link and got my password by email which has allowed me to log in. The thing is though the password that was emailed to me is similar to mine but a few different letters at the end

How odd, maybe they are updating the logins and giving everyone new similar passwords for added security.

I have request my lost password but not received anything, just done it again to see what happens.
