I was awarded an Amazon voucher on October 1st but although two weeks have passed the voucher code hasn't appeared under the "payment info" section, instead I just get a message saying "voucher code awaited".

It has NEVER taken this long before!

Anyone else still waiting on a Greasypalm Amazon voucher code? Are Greasypalm about to go under?

As we all know greasy and we promise to are the same site, and I have yet to receive my October amazon payment, and from above it appears someone is yet to receive their cash payment for October as well.

Have greasy paid anyone for the month of October? Or are they holding onto everyone's money and not wanting to pay due to 'issues' on their side. Either money trouble or maybe something else....

I used GreasyPalm for years... I have had over £500 cashback from them, sometimes I had to open (and re-open) tickets to get my cashback but always succeeded... that is until about a year ago. Suddenly they refused to pay a small amount to me claiming my tracking hadn't worked, and then a larger amount (yep, a Bingo one) because they hadn't had the money themselves.
The Bingo one was the final straw for me, it was too much money to lose and I lost my last bit of faith in them. I actually brought the matter onto these forums in the hopes someone could help, but to no avail. I now ignore their emails completely and am forever trying to stop their cashback tracker from loading on boot (As a Firefox user it has never worked anyway!)

I would recommend people steer well clear, it isn't worth the risk!

Another one here who wouldn't recommend Greasypalm. I've been chasing them for 2 x bingo cashback amounts for months and they don't seem to be willing to chase the bingo sites up like FatCheese and Topcashback have in the past. Agree they don't seem to give a toss about their members.

Their cashback rates are never as good as Topcashback and FatCheese either.

Don't know if this is 100% - but the News of the world , have started a cashback site with this company - albeit branded NOTW.
  • Still waiting on Amazon Voucher code from Greasypalm - 18 days now.

    Suspicious?

  • Well, just to add my voice to the others that have been having problems with Greasy Palm. I have raised two tickets asking them to explain why they have not paid Octobers Amazon vouchers, and asking for details of the steps they are taking and timescales for resolution, but each time have got a standard reply and ticket closed.

I am still hopeful, but suspect that they are still getting the money in, even if they are not paying it out.

I signed up to a FirstDirect current account 8 months ago through the Greasypalm website and for the past 4 months have been chasing them for payment of my £45 bonus through the Helpdesk. I have continually been told the retailer is being chased but today have now been told that the retailer has not paid them so unfortunately there is nothing more they will do. I'm not prepared to accept that, £45 is a significant bonus which they promised to pay me. What recourse is there? Is there a department at FirstDirect that I can raise my complaint with to find out why they haven't issued the payment?
  • Received my Amazon voucher codes today, which is great. However, no reason given for the delay.
