I signed up to a different website run by submission technology (free20quid.com). I did a number of the free offers and following that i signed up to a few casino/bingo sites to bump it over the £100 threshold on this particular site. I signed up to the 3 casino sites back in june/july. One added and validated immediately, the other went pending for a number of days, and the other didn't show up at all for a couple of months.
Because all of the free offers i did initially added and validated immediately i had no reason to believe that the rest should do the same. So I followed the procedures outlined by the company, opened a support ticket, etc. To be fair Fiona answered most of my tickets fairly quickly but others not so quickly. I subsequently started to make phonecalls to the company directly and then all of a sudden my transactions appear as validated.
So after all that I am finally in the payment run of 1st November with an expected amount of £114.
My expectation is that they will make good use of the following statement which they display on their "Am I in it?" page.
"Please be aware that this figure is an estimate and for guidance purposes only. At the point of payment all accounts are subject to a final review and may be subject to alterations or reversals."
Let's wait out the next few weeks and see if the prove me wrong.0 -
I actually got paid!!!!!!!
so overall:
they have a bit of work to do in terms of customer service. sometimes messages are left a week or two before being replied to.
and they need to rethink the tracking system a bit. so that there's none of this 'wait 180 days' business just makes things a little complicated.
however if you are persistent and follow up on them regularly. eventually you do get paid!0
