    In regards to LV= transaction they like alot of insurance companies can take anywhere up to 6 months to successfully validate. They have these sort of condition to eliminate fraud ie people cancelling policy and receiving the cashback when they should not have.
    They go to the reversed stage because they have gone over the 180 day period, but if you submit a ticket we can always look into this for you. I have been sorting this issue for a number of customers i have a large list which i will be going through and resolving this for them. We are now looking into a way of stopping the 180 day period for insurance companies in particular so they don't go to the reversed stage.

    My names Jade Bromiley and i work for GreasyPalm.

    I would like to stress that we are not going bust or having any financial issues.

    Firstly i would like to say issues with payments has been resolved, this was due to the BACS company not submitting the correct payment date. We have been working with this company to resolve this issue and the payments have been successful and should be with our members in the next couple of working days (this is what the BACS company have told us).

    With regards to tickets, myself and Fiona answer every ticket that has been submitted. We never ignore tickets or give 'fob off' responses we are always honest to our members. We can only pay cashback to members once they have been paid for by the retailer.

    If anyone has any outstanding issues please do not hesitate to contact me directly and i will help to resolve any issues you have.

    Please let me take this opportunity to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

    I'm afraid that the ticket I submitted on 19th August HAS been ignored - as well as previous tickets. I also e-mailed Fiona on that same date and have received no response.   • I have been reading this thread and I can see that there are lots of folks unhappy with the workings of GreasyPalm.

    I too have the same story about trying to login. I knew I had the correct login name and password but when I tried to apply for my password to be reset the message came up that I didn't have an account.

    I rejoined using my original user name thinking I might be able to retreive my account details but to no avail.

    I don't think I will ever receive my cashback

    My wife and I are having problems with LV - we started up in April and its still not been paid - we checked and were told sorry its over 180 day period from greasypalm, didnt want to know, so for 2 months ive been trying LV Direct, finally got somone to ring me and they are looking into it. I think its a huge con at times - I bet it will be through a mistake with not clearing cookies again,thats a right good excuse for both cashback companies and the companies they promote. Im beginning to think they try every trick in the book "not to pay cashback" these days.

  • I am really really peed off that they do NOT publish any negative retailer reviews. I have tried on numerous occasions to leave constructive criticism on retailers who do not pay out but they are never published. :mad:

    Was going to leave GP ages ago but discovered I had about £17 in unclaimed cashback from referrals I'd forgotten I'd made. Joined a Bingo site to bump it up beyond the £25, then had to chase and wait 2 months before cashback appeared, then wait another month to be paid. Payment went through yesterday, but still waiting for the Amazon voucher code - last time it took nearly 20 days before it appeared. Once I have received my code I will be off and I won't be back.

    Tried to leave negative feedback on the Bingo site saying the cashback wasn't tracking properly - as usual it wasn't published. I am fed up with the site, fed up with the waiting, fed up with the excuses for not being paid and fed up with the censorship.

  • Up until recently I was happy to tell people about GreasyPalm and promote the site, but now I am not so sure.

    I have been a member for a number of years collecting around £200 in cashback. I usually click the Amazon Voucher as soon as it comes available, but this year due to home and work commitments I was pretty late and only went through on the 25th September. It was not a straightforward as before (due to my laptop being upgraded to Windows 7 and then crashing, but I eventually got to my account screen and click to claim my £60+ cashback.

    No errors were displayed, and as far as it appeared all had gone to plan. I did check over the following weeks but heard nothing. In late October I started to look at Amazon to buy Christmas stuff but when I checked my account the £60+ was not there.

    I have contacted GreasyPalm and they say that I was out of their 60 day limit (I checked with Amazon and they confirm the restriction is GreasyPalm) and basically tough!

    I don't understand why my money has "expired" surely that was paid to GreasyPalm by the sites I clicked on/bought from. As there was no confirmation on my previous vouchers I had no-way of knowing until it was too late.

    I have re-opened the help ticket, but like advice from anyone else who has suffered this situation.
