I signed up to LV over 50's insurance and have paid 7 Direct debits so far. It has shown as Pending for months but has now been reversed. Anyone else had this happen?0

I've used Greasypalm for my car insurance (£55 cashback) and pet insurance (£30 cashback), as well as Ebay and LoveFilm, and making use of the high street cashback where you get a % cashback on purchases in shops like Halfords, Sports Direct, Dorothy Perkins and Cineworld. Considering I've not used them for anything I wouldn't otherwise buy, and haven't overspent (I'd always make sure I was getting a good deal even ruling out the cashback), I think I've done quite well out of them so far. I've been paid twice before and am due another one now for bits and pieces :-)0

I am STILL waiting for my June payment. I have just raised the second ticket for this, having received no response to the first. What can I do if I continue to be ignored by GreasyPalm?
I've had to query a few things on Greasypalm and so has my husband. Just make sure you submit tickets, I've not known them not to follow up.0 -

yes Liz i have had this, they came up with once you make six payments liverpool vic verify at the beginning of the next month, which in my case it will be september, but then two days later my cashback had reverted to reversed. Now i have emailed Liverpool Victoria to get them involved. i have followed all the conditions so there is no way then can reject this claim0 -

all they will say is that the merchant refused the cashback and they can't discuss the reason - fob you off everytime, i've given up with them nowThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I have submitted two tickets and been ignored completely! Other tickets I have submitted over time for missing cashback &c they have always answered... they strangely go very, very quiet when I am asking where my money is and why is it saying I have been paid when I haven't!0 -
Hi there,
My names Jade Bromiley and i work for GreasyPalm.
I would like to stress that we are not going bust or having any financial issues.
Firstly i would like to say issues with payments has been resolved, this was due to the BACS company not submitting the correct payment date. We have been working with this company to resolve this issue and the payments have been successful and should be with our members in the next couple of working days (this is what the BACS company have told us).
With regards to tickets, myself and Fiona answer every ticket that has been submitted. We never ignore tickets or give 'fob off' responses we are always honest to our members. We can only pay cashback to members once they have been paid for by the retailer.
If anyone has any outstanding issues please do not hesitate to contact me directly and i will help to resolve any issues you have.
Please let me take this opportunity to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Kindest Regards

Thanks for your post Jade. It is appreciated and I am sure that it is made with the best of intentions but your post may be outside MSE rules unless you, as a representative of the firm, have permission to post.
Might I respectfully request that you do this.
The main issue at the moment is the LV cashback - perhaps a post giving the current position might help MSE members.

i signed up start of the year with LV, and made my six monthly payments, and contacted GP to have it validated, to be told that it was verified at the beginning of each following month by LV, and it would be sorted early September. However a few days ago, my LV transaction was shown as reversed, and GP wouldnt or couldnt explain why, but still maintained it was pending. All very confusing!!!0
