I received the following email from Submission Technology:_
I have now been able to login, although my password has changed slightly!!
Same, i'm in now with a slight password change.
very odd, I've never had my password changed like that in the last 10 years of using the internet. Good to see my account and cashback are all still there...0 -
I have just had the same problem. .Could not log in and then could with new (slightly changed) password .
BUT account now just shows 2 transactions from 2007 and the fifteen or so transactions in the last three months have just disappeared.
Has anyone else had this problem?"If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken

Further to my post 73 above, I have had a reply to a ticket that I raised about this. Well done GreasyPalm - this was dealt with within the hour.
The fault was mine as I had inadvertently opened two accounts!
Everything is working perfect now. Once again well done GP."If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken

I was owed a large amount of commission. A month after it should have been paid it was reversed. I could find no way of contacting them about it so I posted a very cross testimonial. This resulted in an immediate e mail from Ryan Elliott ryan@submissiontechnology.co.uk .[ 0207 183 1653]
He blamed company X with whom I had taken an insurance policy. He said he was looking into it daily and having meetings with their account's director. Several e mails later and many promises of payment, I contacted company x to see what the problem was. They were very helpful and knew nothing about it. I was asked to send them the messages from GP blaming them. Also they wanted names of GP's contacts in their ofice. GP was unable to supply names and amazingly within 10 minutes my cash back became payable.
I encountered further problems with the VIP cash back but after dealing with another member of staff I eventually received it 15 weeks late. The excuses included ---problems because there was an apostrophe in the companies name and the payment file sent to the bank was corrupted. I tried to log on today to cancel membership. but my password has not been recognised.
I would strongly recommend Top cash back.0 -
im having a problem with greasypalm and just cannot contact them.........my partner purchased an over 50s life insurance plan on 25th november and shouldve got £70 cashback.......
its been showing as pending ever since........
since beginning of february we have been trying to put a ticket in to see why its still pending but, it keeps saying this isnt over 120 days and thus you cannot put a ticket in yet........but, you have to put the ticket in before 180 days
on 25th feb i began to worry as it was getting to 3months......so, i tried again and still got above.......ive been trying ever since to put the ticket in but it still wont let........
ive tried using the why hasnt my thing tracked ticket but got that it is more than 120 days old and thus we cannot check for you
im so confused and not sure how i contact them properly now??????
any help sorting this out would be appreciated...thanks
I have been fighting for more than 4 months for cashback from a similar insurance policy. GP always blamed this company and fabricated so many stories.
Just persevere. I was contacting them weekly until I got the full cashback.
Good luck.0 -

Hi ya ,
I've had problems today as well signing in ... It wouldn't recognise my password ( the same one that i've used everyday on there .. and i also have it saved on my computer ... so it was the correct one that i was trying ) ...
Anyway they emailed me my password reminder ... which has suddenly changed ! It's a mixture of my old password and other bits on the end .... I tried the new one that they sent me and it eventually let me onto the site ... Very strange ...
I did scan my computer after just to check everything was ok ... and didn't find anything ..
edited to add ... Have just read yesterdays " posts " on here and it seems that lots of peoples passwords have been changed for added security ...

My password was reset for security as well! I've had that happen on another website I used because I didnt change the password often enough.
All works fine now though!0 -
Did anyone get a payment for July??0
-
I am STILL waiting for my June payment. I have just raised the second ticket for this, having received no response to the first. What can I do if I continue to be ignored by GreasyPalm?0
