I have used them for ages, not had a problem infact when one of the companies they used when bust they covered the payouts themselves when quidco didnt. Topcashback is the cashback site of choice for me with quidco used only if tcb dont have a retailer listed0

Having seen a feature in the MSE Newsletter, I used TopCashback to get a credit rating and report from Equifax in October last year and was supposed to get £20 cashback. I'm still waiting now (mid-January), even though the transaction has been confirmed. I made another purchase through them with 118 Golf in November, for which I was supposed to get £1.19 (including a 2p top-up!) and the transaction's still sitting in pending. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience so far
Have you raised it with them via Enquiries? They're usually pretty good about sorting any problems out - unlike Quidco.0 -
Topcashback is great, it's only a shame I found it a year ago and not longer! Hardly ever had any problems tracking! Would highly recommend over pigsback and quidco!:TNumber 17-Pay off all your debt by Xmas 2024 Tesco CC £50/£127.95 Debt=39% paid.0

Does anyone have any experience of using Pouringpounds.com?Pouring Pounds was set up by Swati Bhargava after five years at Goldman Sachs. The company is part of the Microsoft BizSpark programme which is designed to help accelerate the success of entrepreneurs and early-stage startups globally.poppy100

I agree with the above Poppy10 as they have set a £30 payout threshold which would act as a good buffer for them. And a nasty amount to lose if/when they go bust.
I am a fan of TCB, personally.0 -
I think their referral is a cool idea. 1 yr ago at my firm I told my office manager about quidco. She now does all her online shopping via quid co, its easy money right? She has saved 8K in the last year. I dont see any of that unfortunately. However, with this 10% referral, I could have made 800 of that. That far more than i have saved on my own cashbacks in the last 2 years using quid co0

They only started up last month, there's not a lot of information about them other than:
I wouldn't bother with them at this stage until they have been up and established for a while, there have been far too many fly-by-night cashback companies which collect your cashback and then fold without paying out. When there are more reputable sites available there's no reason to risk it until they have proven themselves.
Unfortunately it's a bit of a catch 22 situation. if you don't bother because they are not "established", how will they then get established.Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!
Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow..

I eventually got £20 from TCB after signing up for a credit report from Equifax on 2nd October on 21st March (that's 5+ months!) and am still waiting for another one (£1.19) that's been outstanding since November. Basically, if it doesn't cost you money that you wouldn't spend anyway, it's worth doing, as it's essentially money for nothing, just don't expect quick results!!!!0

Has anyone else found that TCB service seems to have gone downhill in recent months? I started using it just under a year ago, and at first found it good, with reasonable cashback rates, and was quite reliable - I had to chase some payments, but they sorted them all out eventually. However, over the past few months, purchases have either not tracked at all or have come through at measly rates, far lower than what was advertised for those sellers when I made the purchases (and the higher rates are still listed now).
I've been trying to contact them, but the website just sends me round in circles to pages which just say 'sorry, bad luck' but don't offer any possibility of sending them an email to explain what has happened and try to get an explanation from them?
Perhaps I've just been unlucky, but would be interested to see whether other people think things have got worse recently - since October last year, really.0
