I have just started to use TCB, and for me the jury is still out, and here is why...

I brought some Bradford&Bingley Home Insurance, which was Buildings and Contents. True to their word, it tracked at £18, but, on confirmation for payment 3 months later would change to the true cashback of £36. It didnt, so i have put in a manual claim for the missing amount..but nothing seems to be happening, as it is still in the hands of the merchant.

I have however used them again for the VODAFONE deal because it is offering over £30 more then CBK...but again, it tracks at £90, and the rest added at end, in 3 months or so...my gut feeling it might be the same again, where I have to make a manual claim...but we shall see...

Alas, the VODAFONE has paid out on £90...as I thought (though admittedly a month earlier then expected which is impressive)...a bit annoying that what they say will happen never does, and the missing claim form is too convuluted, and I dont think it really works anyway, as I am still waiting for the B&B amount...which I think is dead in the water...:rolleyes:

I have been with TCB for years and always had a good experience, even getting paid my cashback once by them whilst they were trying to get the merchant to pay up. I am now still waiting for CIS car insurance to track even though I bought it in October. They told me that it takes 90 days so we'll see!

I have just received my first payout from Topcashback, paid within days of my request. However went thru them for the Orange £150 cashback deal on 14/12 but this has not tracked yet so feel a bit nervous coz of the amount involved.

Anyone else done the Orange deal?

still waiting for a dixons payout, keep sending nudges to topcashback but still no movement on this

I'm finding them pretty unhelpful lately. Long delays with nothing happening.

hi ,just wondering what the minimum cashout request is on TCB and what methods of payment they use,cheers

I'm fairly sure that there isn't a minimum. I know that I've just requested payment of around £3.68 by Paypal which takes about a week and you have to wait at least two weeks before requesting another. They will also deposit into your bank but there is a threshold for that though I can't remember how much, or you can request Amazon vouchers.

Two declined transactions recently from TCB - this is getting as bad as Quidco.

Having seen a feature in the MSE Newsletter, I used TopCashback to get a credit rating and report from Equifax in October last year and was supposed to get £20 cashback. I'm still waiting now (mid-January), even though the transaction has been confirmed. I made another purchase through them with 118 Golf in November, for which I was supposed to get £1.19 (including a 2p top-up!) and the transaction's still sitting in pending. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience so far
