I've been using TCB for a while now. No problems at first but recently have had tracking problems - my last 5 transactions didn't track. Put in claims and they are gradually working through the system so I expect that the money will come through, but it has dented my enthusiasm a little. Shame as it worked so well at first. I've been in touch with TCB and they can't offer any explanation - I thought it might be my anitvirus / firewall (Norton) but they didn't know of any problems.

They deleted my account because I hadn't been active for 6 months :(

I lost all the cashback I had accumulated

had you contacted them? what was their response?

I like the top-ups. The tracking is pretty good, and if something doesn't track then the queries/manual claims system is simple to use and generally swiftly handled. Email alerts to keep you updated of payments being sent, queries being looked at/answered - all automatic templates but at least you feel things are being dealt with as opposed to other sites where things drift off into a big black hole and you have no idea of whether things are being ignored or not. Payouts are quickly received after being requested. Rates are high (and better with top-ups as well). TCB are now my main site of choice - rarely use anyone else now.
    On a mission.

Have used them for a couple of years. In the past year have earned nearly £400.00 and only had 1 tracking issue that was delat with promptly. My only complaint would be that when I chooses to have my cashback paid it sometimes gets paid the same day and sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to hit my bank! Aprt from that very happy and choose topcashback before others.
if i had known then what i know now
  • I originally started using Quidco, used them happily for a couple of years but since moved over to topcashback, mainly because there is no annual £5 charge and the cashback amounts are the same.

I do get occasional tracking problems with both quidco and topcashback, ebay is sometimes a bit dodgy (although does track 9 times out of 10) and I've also had uswitch and tesco tracking problems with topcashback.

Their customer service is great though, every single tracking query I have logged (perhaps 6 in total) has been resolved OK in my favour for the full amount.

    No complaints really
I'd be happier on holiday in Brittany than being at work !
  • I really like using Top Cash Back. Any issues I have had they have investigated for me and I have been able to get all money.

Whenever I want to buy something online it is a natural reaction for me to go to Top Cash Back to see how much cash back I'll get.

When there is an item I want to buy which is available at a few different stores for the same price + devilvery, I go to Top Cash Back to see which option is better for me due to the amount of cash back I'll get.

Will continue to use this site for as long as its around.
  • topcashback is my fav cashback site now. i use cb sites alot and never have to do a claim with them. great service.
  • TopCashBack amazed me by depositing cash within days. Top marks to TopCashBck. Liz:j

Still waiting for £68 from Morethan dating back to February 2009.

Me too. I did both house & car insurance through TCB this year, More Than confirmed quickly and should have paid over a month ago but hasn't . Budget keep tracking then resetting my cashback to £0  Have filed claims but the latest one is still awaiting a response from Budget.

I am finding it very frustrating, not sure what to do next, especially as I followed TCB's guides when making both purchases and both tracked so quickly.
I don't feel like bothering with TCB anymore although it is a bonus when they do payout :T
